The room's bathroom had sufficient hot water, and the cleaning was very thorough. However, the air conditioning was an unsolvable problem. At 3:00 AM, I woke up sweating due to the heat and called the front desk to address the cooling issue. The staff claimed it was a central air conditioning system that couldn’t be adjusted. But it was so hot that I was sweating and couldn’t sleep. The remote control on the wall was fake, and the temperature shown on it didn’t reflect the actual room temperature. The truth is, because some guests requested heating, all the guests on the entire floor were forced to use heating as well. If you don’t want to wake up in the middle of the night from the heat, do not stay at this hotel. The next day, the hotel manager even said that only people from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan prefer air conditioning and suggested we book a terrace room next time. I will not consider staying at this hotel again. They forced me to write a five-star review in front of them. 房間浴室熱水充足，打掃很乾淨。但是空調是解決不了的問題，半夜3:00熱到醒來，致電前台要求跟進冷氣問題，員工聲稱是中央空調不能調校。但是熱到出汗無法睡，牆上的遙控器是假的，牆上遙控器的溫度並不是房間的溫度。 實情是因為有住客要求要用暖氣，所以全層的住客都要逼住用暖氣，如果不想半夜熱到醒來，請不要入住這間酒店。第二天酒店經理還說是港澳台同胞才喜歡冷氣，要求我們下次入住露台房。 不會再考慮入住這酒店，強迫我在他面前寫五星好評。

飯店服務人員親切，房間乾淨，房間窗戶即可看到東方明珠，飯店早餐普通，一樓有全家便利超商。 飯店地理位置滿好的，距離豫園滿近的，距離地鐵步行約3分鐘可抵達飯店，步行到外灘也很方便。

This hotel is very close to Yuyuan a charming place where you could experience the old life style of Shanghai. Room looks just re-modeled. It is clean and the space is big enough. Staffs in front desk is pretty friendly and helpful. Only thing to complain is that VISA card was not accepted, even I tried 2 cards. It seems the payment terminal got issue.

这家酒店离豫园很近，豫园是一个迷人的地方，你可以体验老上海的生活方式。房间看起来刚刚重新装修过。干净整洁，空间也足够大。前台工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。唯一不足的是，酒店不接受VISA卡，我试了两张卡都不行。支付终端似乎出了问题。

시설 깨끗함 국경절에 가성비 좋음 가격이 싸지만 창문이 없음 국경절 이후에 가격이 변동 되는지는 모르겠음

清洁设施 国庆期间性价比高 便宜，但是没有窗户 不知道国庆过后价格会不会有变化。

Rooms are but small. Overall good hotel. Breakfast choice is limited
