I've stayed at some dumps over the years, but wow, this place is just awful. Should be renamed dystopia. While the owner of the hostel is very friendly, this place is not much better than sleeping on the street. There's no noise isolation at all, the bed is literally just a board and is just as comfortable as sleeping on the ground. There is no shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, air conditioning, wifi, or towels. Even though this place is listed as smoke free, smoking is allowed in the hallway and in the reception. The room is also filthy and doesn't look like anything in it has been replaced or renovated in the past 200 years. If you're coming to Jinghong, stay slightly outside of the city. You can get a very reasonably priced, comfortable hotel with the only con being it'll take you an extra 10 minutes to get to places. Unless you don't care at all about your environment, avoid.

这些年来我一直住在一些垃圾场，但是哇，这个地方太糟糕了。应该改名为反乌托邦。虽然旅馆的主人非常友好，但这个地方并不比睡在街上好多少。根本没有隔音效果，床实际上只是一块木板，就像睡在地上一样舒服。没有洗发水、肥皂、牙刷、空调、无线网络或毛巾。尽管这个地方被列为无烟场所，但走廊和接待处仍允许吸烟。房间也很脏，看起来200年来没有更换或翻新过任何东西。如果您要来景洪，请住在离市区稍远的地方。你可以住一家价格非常合理、舒适的酒店，唯一的缺点是你要多花 10 分钟才能到达目的地。除非您根本不关心您的环境，否则请避免。

We booked a private room on Booking, but when we arrived she said we booked a dorm. She said it was the fault of booking who showed it wrong. After some argueing we got a discount and stayed in the dorm. It was disgusting, especially the bathroom. And there were only 3cm thick matresses. By far the worst experience in seven weeks China. She cancelled the booking so we can not write a review on Booking. But it is cheap, if you have little dignity it is perfect for you.

I made two separate bookings for the same hotel. The host was very welcoming.

The price was good and the host was friendly and helpful. A good option for the budget minded.
