位置十分方便,周圍已經有不少餐廳,行去月光廣場也是十分之近服務很體貼,,說如果我們高反不適,即使大半夜也可微信老闆,安排吸氧十分衛生設施充足,地暖很吸力,也有放濕器,備品充足我參加了當地團,自行選擇住這兒,行程很長,令我們很晚才入住,第二日天沒光就得走。其實如果想耐心走走,建議不用跟團,四處打車也很方便。有機會一定再來住,真的很不錯。

房間闊落，乾淨衛生，床品舒適，熱水是恆溫的，不會忽冷忽熱，潤膚乳冲凉液等都很好用，還有老板早上的一杯咖啡，香濃美味，再到香格里拉玩，還是會住這酒店

老闆一家很熱情人很好，即使早餐時間過了，看到我們出門還說要煮東西給我們吃，太有家的感覺了。房間比較寧靜，衞生做得很棒，睡得很舒服。位置距離月光廣場約3-5分鐘步行路程，去古城吃逛很方便，下次來香格里拉會再來這家～

房間舒適漂亮床也很舒服，老闆黃先生真的真的很好人，知道我們有老人家同小孩，會叮囑我們要注意什麼，如老人家不舒服要第一時間通知他，這樣真的很窩心，我們走的時候還特地開車送我們到車站，真的十分感動

I wondered why nobody find out this hotel. It’s treasure. Affordable price. Excellent location. Is a family run business. Love every single details of the rooms. Love the heating floor which really keep us warm. Friendly host. Must come to see yourself

This is essentially an inn that is plush in some renovation details but severely lacks warmth. The entire reception and dining area is frigidly cold. Checking into the room, it was so icy we couldn't even take a rest in it. As we headed out to get a late lunch, we asked the lady if they had portable heaters for the night. She said she had just turned on the floor heating and the room should be warmer when we get back. When we returned about 3 hours later, it was still uncomfortably chilly as cold air was seeping through the gap under the door and gliding along the marble flooring into the timber floor where the underlay heating was. The whole design is just wrong and unsuitable for the climate.The disposable towels are a joke! Imagine being in a cold room and having to dry off with a thin piece of paper towel the size of an A3 paper. Everything was damp and soggy including myself. Luckily we were given proper towels the next day after we asked.The first day experience was so bad we were considering leaving the next day. However, we know the innkeeper and family are trying their best and it's not so bad once the room warmed up.A few improvements would really help especially during the winter months:1. Floor heating must be turned on at least 6 hours before guests check in.2. Proper bath towels are essential.3. A thick rug on the marble floor from the door to the timber floor.4. Try to keep the common space warm (might be difficult given the huge double volume space).

Everything was perfect. The master helped us a lot with booking bus to Balagezong + Shambhala and recommended good restaurants. First time having Yak’s hotpot and WE LOVE IT!
