跟客人交代一下 1、WIFI密码88888888； 2、备用被在衣柜里面； 3、酒店已经开启地暖，温控已调好，根据个人体感，如果觉得房间热，开窗通风一下，如果觉得房间冷可以使用备用被子（备用被子在衣柜里面）； 4、房间一天摆放4瓶矿泉水； 5、早餐在一楼健康餐厅，用餐时间06：30到10：00分，凭早餐券用餐即可； 6、房间之间拨打电话直拨房号即可； 7、在酒店有任何需要帮助的拨打电话“0”即可； 8、烧水壶在电视柜里面； 9、退房时请把房卡还到前台办理退房。

Easy reach by taxi from railway station. Service attitude was good : they changed our room immediately when it was requested. Room was large and comfortable. As with many hotels in China, somehow shower stall water splashes out of stall and wet the toilet area. Also, again a problem with many hotels in China, toilets could be kept cleaner, very often due to construction fault leading to water accumulation. Breakfast was typically a Chinese style one with many choices.

I can only repeat what the other reviews are mentioning: it’s clean, got good amenities, but everything seems a bit old. We had some WiFi issues but when it was working it was good. In general, the service wasn’t that great. We arrived tired after a long drive, no help with parking the car or the luggage. Check in was the most rigorous we had, even checking all the flight and train numbers we took. Also didn’t allow us to take a rest first. We went on a hike and wanted to take some Baozi from the breakfast - forbidden (I found that in China this is usually no problem). However, I think for the price it’s fine and while it doesn’t look like it, it’s quite clean. Also the dinner was quite good, breakfast not so much.

I stayed in the suite at this hotel. It was a great and very comfortable stay. Everything about the suite was elegant and built for comfort. The hotel has a restaurant that makes delicious Yunnan inspired dishes. The yak stew and the potato dishes were especially good. The staff was nice and friendly although language presented a barrier. (Thankfully there are translation apps.). The pool was a little weird though. It's presented more like a pond in the middle of the hotel rooms. There seems to be only one access point to the pool and there is zero seating. Its rimmed by plants and trees. Very strange. But thats the only criticism of the hotel. Everything else meets and exceeds expectations of a hotel. And its within walking distance of the old town.

Big, spacious room. Very clean with full amenities provided! Outside pool has cover but didn’t see anyone swimming though. Food at the restaurant was not the best, but i would definitely recommend this hotel to stay for your vacation!

Has a pool area with tropical plants around, but it remained closed while we were there. The hotel is a very odd design, but quirky. The interiors look old and dusty, and the rooms themselves were a little musty, though mostly clean.The room was ok, but not worth the 700 yuan we paid for it. This hotel is living in the past a little as it seems it was the only fancy government hotel in town once upon a time. It is overpriced and showing its age. No air conditioning either!

I spent the night of May 23, 2018 at the Paradise Hotel. I found the hotel to be impressive for China: clean, luxurious & well appointed (albeit tiny bathroom & no bathtub— shower only). A unique design, with rooms around a central multi-level courtyard & pool, it felt like one was staying in a prestigious Chinese hotel. Staff were very courteous and efficient. I stayed in room 1421, featuring a king size bed, small bathroom & small desk. All towels, linens & pillows were of good quality. I found my room to be very quiet & comfortable. My room rate included the breakfast buffet in their restaurant (sorry, but no Western food options were available & the buffet was “average” at best).||Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about the Paradise Hotel. I give it a score of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the Paradise Hotel if you are in Shangri-La and looking to stay in a nice hotel that will be comfortable for Westerners.

Hotel it only 15mins drive from central. Large and spacious public areas leading to Stunning pool area surrounded by tropical plants trees and birds. he area is covered by a huge glass roof. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable all with large screen TV. Mini bar. Hairdryer. Kettles.and dehumidifiers. Several types of room both European style and Tibetan. Staff lovely can't do enough to help though many do not speak English there is always one member that does around reception area. Breakfast is good but waitresses remove plates very quickly so don't leave table for too long.... Buffet style. Nearby there is apparently a small supermarket though I did not use it. Taxis are inexpensive to get to Centre approx 40yuan. Just love this hotel.
