The worst 5 star hotel we ever stayed. If you are foreigner like us, please stay away from this hotel. The reception staff named Li Jing Hui kept asking us about our visa suspecting we entered China without one. That staff and other (few of them there) service and attitude is worst and definitely not a welcoming one. After we have checked in, the staff called and asked us to pass our passport to them as they claimed that one of the checked in guest name is key in wrongly. They sent a staff to our room expecting we passed the passport to them which is a very suspicious action as passport is a very sensitive item. In the end, we went down ourselves to pass the passport and found out they lied as they only want to print the cover of the passport which is a super ridiculous reason. We booked the family room and is spacious but old and dirty. There is a hotspring tub in the room but is super dirty and wet, seem like someone used it before we checked in, we tried to clean and use it but the water is yellowish and is super disgusting. All of the restaurant at the hotel are closed by the time we checked in around 6pm so you can only get food by ordering meituan (food delivery platform) and luckily we got one. We tried to book a car for early morning flight tomorrow through didi or trip but no driver accepted the request. It is hard to get car transport there and we actually checked with the reception but only get a replied of “it is very expensive here to book a hotel airport transfer car which cost 500rmb”. We don’t even asked the price as we only asked is such service available from the hotel. Overall, the hotel looked like ******* as not much guest is staying at the hotel. We checked out few hours later as it is definitely not a nice and safe hotel to stay.

我们住过的最差的五星级酒店。如果您像我们一样是外国人，请远离这家酒店。接待人员李景辉一直询问我们的签证情况，怀疑我们没有签证进入中国。工作人员和其他人（那里很少有人）的服务和态度是最差的，而且绝对不热情。我们办理入住后，工作人员打电话要求我们将护照交给他们，因为他们声称其中一位入住客人的姓名输入错误。他们派了一名工作人员到我们的房间，希望我们将护照交给他们，这是一个非常可疑的行为，因为护照是非常敏感的物品。最后，我们自己去拿护照，发现他们撒谎了，因为他们只想打印护照的封面，这是一个超级荒谬的理由。我们预订了家庭房，很宽敞，但是又旧又脏。房间里有一个温泉浴缸，但是超级脏而且湿，好像在我们入住之前有人用过它，我们试图清理并使用它，但是水是淡黄色的，非常恶心。当我们下午6点左右入住时，酒店所有的餐厅都关门了，所以你只能通过美团（外卖平台）订餐，幸运的是我们订到了。我们试图通过滴滴或出行预订明天早班飞机的汽车，但没有司机接受我们的请求。那里很难找到汽车交通，我们实际上向接待处询问过，但只得到答复“这里预订酒店机场接送车非常昂贵，花费 500 元”。我们甚至没有问价格，因为我们只问酒店是否提供此类服务。总的来说，这家酒店看起来很糟糕，因为入住酒店的客人不多。几个小时后我们就退房了，因为这绝对不是一家又好又安全的酒店。

The worst 5 star hotel i ever stayed. If you are a foreigner, i totally recommend you to stay away from this hotel. The staff action is suspicious and not welcoming foreigner guest. They kept checking whether we entered china with a valid visa. The attitude and service of the staffs especially the staff named Li Jing Hui is worst, judging and treated us like a criminal. They even asked us to pass our passport to their staff after we checked in the room claiming they key in the guest name wrongly. We couldnt trust them so we pass it ourselves to the reception and found out they only want to print out a copy of the passport cover which is a super ridiculous reason. The room is spacious but old and dirty. The hotel looks like haunted as not much guest are staying there, you cant get dinner as all restaurants are closed and it is hard to get driver if your flight is early and the nearest public transport is about 13km away while it takes about half hour by car to get to the airport. The hotel doesnt provide any airport transfer service and the staff told us is expensive for them to offer the service to us. In conclusion, the staff is rude, hotel is old and totally feel unsafe staying there. Checked out after few hours.

Easy check in, friendly staff. The room was very big. The campus that the hotel was on was very quiet. It seemed like construction may have been started on the other buildings, but was never finished?

I went for a small mini-break to escape the hustle of Beijing. I have been here before with friends. With friends and some wine this place is great. On your own it is great too... but only if you love the Hot Springs. I do. The hotel would be pointless if you don't like Hot Springs / Swimming.My only disappoin**ent was that, because it was mid-week, the breakfast range was tiny compared to when I came with friends on the weekend. Both the hotel and Hot Spring were much cheaper... so that was good... but I felt that they over-simplified the breakfast buffet. Somethings they had before (like jams and preserves) are sealed and have long sell-by dates... so why not put them out? Likewise, why offer only one juice... can't you offer a range but put them in smaller containers if you are worried about waste?The Hot Springs are the clear highlight. I highly recommend going after dark. Tickets seem valid for 24 hours, so I went for a few hours daytime, then back to the room, then again after dark. At night it was so peaceful.

为了逃离北京的喧嚣，我短暂休息了一下。我以前和朋友来过这里。和朋友一起喝点酒，这个地方很棒。独自一人也很棒……但前提是您喜欢温泉。我愿意。如果你不喜欢温泉/游泳，这家酒店就没有意义了。我唯一失望的是，因为是周中，早餐的种类比我周末和朋友来的时候要少。酒店和温泉都便宜很多...所以这很好...但是我觉得他们的自助早餐过于简单化了。他们以前吃过的东西（如果酱和蜜饯）是密封的，保质期很长……那么为什么不把它们拿出来呢？同样，为什么只提供一种果汁……如果您担心浪费，您不能提供一系列产品但将它们放入较小的容器中吗？温泉是明显的亮点。我强烈建议天黑后去。门票似乎24小时有效，所以我白天去了几个小时，然后回到房间，天黑后又去了一次。夜晚是那么的宁静。

早餐有咖啡，有會英文的服務人員，對外籍客人友善，房間很大，但地毯需再做深度清潔
