Grand Skylight International Hotel

Totally unacceptable. Hotel room is too hot unable to stay. Room temperature is 30c and not air-conditioning. Despite the cool weather in Beijing but the room is unbearable. Ended up sleep in lobby instead of the room

完全不能接受。酒店房间太热无法入住。室温30度，没有空调。 尽管北京天气凉爽，但房间却让人难以忍受。最后睡在大厅而不是房间

Unfriendly staff. Room was not available in spite i had a confirmed reservation.
