Element Beijing Yanqing

The hotel was new and clean as it opened for 2022 Winter Olympic Games together with Marriott hotel. Because the off season and COVID pandemic hotel guests were very few so we had our breakfast at Marriott. Foods at the main restaurant for breakfast were disappointing, a lot of foods were dried and not fresh, much less choices of foods than other Marriott hotels. At the reception when we checked in, it seemed the staff was not well trained for welcoming Marriott Bonvoy elite guests, no welcome gift offer that they should do at the checking. The rooms provided were very spacious with 2 oversized sofas, dining table with 6 chairs, microwave, washing machine, huge refrigerator at a huge living room. |The shower area, there were brown staffs on the wall, I thought they were kind of design but actually so easy to remove and they were something spilled, telling that the cleaning room was not very well. The hotel crews must be trained to standard level.

So happy with our stay! Amazing clean and modern interior, very convenient location next to a huge new mall, friendly staff and very nice buffet breakfast. We'll try to come back when we get a chance!On the photo just enjoyed a nice view at the front yard from the dining room.
