The Stey 798 Extended Stay Service Apartment Boutique Hotel is truly exceptional, offering fantastic value for money. The rooms are perfectly designed with every comfort in mind, but what really stands out is their innovative app, allowing you to control everything in your room seamlessly. I also loved the community-focused aspect, with shared spaces like the communal kitchen and lounge, which gave it a cozy, almost nostalgic feel—reminiscent of boarding school, but in the best way possible. There is also a small gym ñ and laundry room + a shop to buy basic food. Coffee and soft drinks are free. The staff are incredibly open-minded and creative, always going above and beyond to meet your needs. For the price, the experience is unbeatable. There's also a lovely coffee shop on the ground floor serving great Australian-style coffee. I’m a big fan of the concept and would love to see it expand to more locations globally.

Nice place with many local food around the neighborhood, the room is very clean, and the staff are eco friendly enthusiasts, it’s a great choice to stay here and explore Beijing!

Good location and nice place to stay in Beijing, clean spacious rooms , great ambience. Lots of young people and digital nomads staying, Common space and facilities where great with a nice almost home like atmosphere. Also gym. Other around is nice to walk and try local food and necessities to buy. English speaking reception, would help us every day for taxi.

位置很好，是在北京住宿的好地方，房间干净宽敞，氛围很好。很多年轻人和数字游民入住，公共空间和设施非常好，有一种几乎像家一样的氛围。还有健身房。周围的其他地方很适合散步，尝试当地的食物和购买必需品。前台会说英语，每天都会帮助我们叫出租车。

房間簡單乾淨、廁所明亮乾淨 公共區也佈置的文青溫馨舒適 還有提供免費的咖啡可樂汽水 連水的包裝都很文青特別 附近的商家很多，吃東西很方便 對面是798藝術區，離很近可以去逛逛 但這間會先收取押金費用，退房後會檢查再退押金
