昆泰酒店

We chose Kuntai for our stay for our B2B held there. Great hotel, quite big and spacious. Amazing breakfasts, very responsive staff, that easily could make our room change for a view side, and most interesting that they have a "pet" robot for delivery between the rooms that could use lifts and talk when it needs it. One small minus is the location, quite far from the center but very close to the subway and Soho shopping center. Would recommend it to anyone, who needs to stay in this area.

This is a soulless hotel that is not anywhere near 5* even by inflate Chinese standards.||The rooms are spacious and reasonably comfortable but everything else is less impressive. Shower is weak and wifi is slow and a pain to keep signing in to.||If you are a foreigner you should know the level of English spoken is very very, very poor everywhere from check in to room service. I had to wait while room service found someone with enough English to take my order, and then the order was wrong (club sandwich and a beer, surly not that hard?). Bar and reception staff are bearly competent to deal with anything other than sign language.||Check-in and check out is painfully slow. Don't plan a rushed exit to the airport!||The bar is without merit and in the autumn it's cold, noisy and heartless (just noisy and heartless the rest of the year)||In the times I have stayed there was always a conference group(s) in and this makes for lots of noise and not an atmosphere I'd associate with a high class hotel.||I've tried this place twice to give it a fair shot but next time I'll find a hotel that's worth the inflated rates they charge.

Having read many of the reviews here I learned a few lessons||True: internet is slow, and the password protected wifi does not help. Sending / receiving text is OK, but figures / photos is not really possible. Speedtest (@4 am) download 7.38 Mbps, upload 6.87 Mbps, Ping 32 ms. (connection with China Unicom)||True: Ring 5 is at the side of the even rooms, but the double glass helps to keep the noise out||True: air-conditioning keeps the temperature at 25 C, you cannot change the value in the room , despite best efforts (and it makes a lot of noise)||True: there is a certain stale smell in the rooms, in particular in the bathroom||True: I saw people smoking in the bar area||True: nice (original) art on the wall||Despite all the comments it is fair to say that this is a reasonable hotel with old grandeur with a very helpful service staff. We had a conference here which went fine without any glitches. Food is fine but certainly not exceptional

I spent a week there.|Too many issues that are not give a 5 stars rating To this one.|- the temp in the rooms are to high and you cannot adjust it. It's an hôtel policy. There is no individual room control température.|Second issue, is that the bathrooms at smelling bad. I changed 3 times the room, but same issues after a temporary with some air freshner |Last but not least, the 1st room that i had, was at the Last floor and it was very noisy.|So as frequent hôtel user, ont really impressed Here.

Location is good for the airport. There is a good shopping and restaurant area within 15 min walking distance towards the SOHO building. ||Hotel breakfast is average and so is the internet speed. Rooms are comfortable but the water isn't drinkable so be careful.

位置很好去机场。距离 SOHO 大楼 15 分钟步行路程内有一个不错的购物和餐厅区。 ||酒店早餐一般，网速也一般。房间很舒适，但水不能喝，所以要小心。

It's just a very average business hotel that's maybe 3 stars. The room is fine, reasonable size but smells of smoke even though it's non smoking. The food is terrible and to be avoided. The service is similar to the food with rude and unhelpful security. It's a conference hotel and that's the only reason I would stay here.

酒店服务很好，性价比有些高，门口出租车很多很方便，酒店门前有漂亮的喷泉水池，入口雨篷宽大气派，门童礼貌客气，大堂是相当高敞豪华，客房十分宽敞，配置也很豪华，电器产品基本都是飞利浦，iphone充电座等等。透明浴室电动帘设计很人性化。酒店很赞，下次有机会还来。

A very grand and luxury hotel to stay with nice view and very cozy environment. Recommend family or business traveler to stay.

一个非常宏伟和豪华的酒店，景色优美，环境非常舒适。推荐家庭或商务旅客入住。
