Tulip Inn Chengdu Airport

Stayed here for a night for transfer flight. I called the frontdesk for airport pickup. She then gave me the cell phone number of the driver and I called him to arrange a pickup somewhere outside the airport. It'd be better if you have a Chinese number as the driver could call you instead. The driver was friendly and I waited for 20 minutes for the pickup. Chengdu airport is big and a bit chaotic so just relaxed and waited. It took 7-10 minutes to arrive the hotel. I would say the hotel's ok. The bed's clean while the toilet and other area is so-so, a bit dusty but not dirty. The most important thing's the toilet's not smelly. ||||They offer a simple breakfast from 07:30-09:30. The food is very basic. The airport shuttle leaves 08:30 and 09:30 in the morning. ||||All in all, this is a solid, budget choice!

因为转机，我在这里住了一晚。我打电话给前台安排接机。她给了我司机的手机号码，我打电话给他，安排在机场外的某个地方接机。如果你有中国号码就更好了，因为司机可以给你打电话。司机很友好，我等了20分钟才等到接机。成都机场很大，有点混乱，所以我就放松地等待。到达酒店花了7-10分钟。我觉得酒店还可以。床很干净，但厕所和其他地方马马虎虎，有点灰尘，但不脏。最重要的是厕所没有臭味。||||他们从07:30到09:30提供简单的早餐。食物很简单。机场班车早上08:30和09:30出发。||||总而言之，这是一个可靠、经济的选择！

The shutter service arrived within 10mins after call from airport's phone. The location was quite remote, The shutter bus took about 35 mins in the morning peak hours to the airport. The facade of the building looked old and the reception staff spoke only Chinese, however, the hotel room we stayed was spacious and clean. The breakfast was simple Chinese foods. ||It is suitable for overnight stay to catch an early morning flight.

机场电话联系后，Shuttle 服务不到10分钟就到了。酒店位置比较偏僻，早高峰时Shuttle 巴士到机场大约需要35分钟。酒店建筑外观略显老旧，前台人员只会说中文，不过我们住的酒店房间宽敞干净。早餐是简单的中式菜肴。||适合赶早班飞机的客人入住。

the pictures of the tulip inn airport in chengdu looked nice, friendly and inviting, but the actual experience was anything but. the only selling point from the description that was actually true was the proximity to the airport, which was a plus for me as i had a short stay. One positive was the free airport shuttle and the driver, he was courteous and by far the most helpful employee I enountered. The wifi barely worked and with no on speaking English on staff, i was unable to have them resolve the issue, or any issue i had for that matter, and unfortunately there were many-the air conditioning in my room was broken and couldn't be fixed, so i slept with the window open as it is very hot in china in august, which led to lots of bugs flying in, but the alternative was too warm...there were bugs all over the front desk that noone bothered to clean up until much later and overall it just was not a comfortable, accommodating place to be. I felt like i was burdening them by staying there and would never go back, nor would i recommend it to anyone. The employee at the front desk at least tried to be helpful, although I could tell it was aggravating to her, but the manager, Angle, sat next to her while we struggled and didn't even look up or attempt to help. I was wondering why the price point was so low, since the pictures looked so nice, but now i know why, very disappointing.

成都郁金香机场酒店的照片看起来很漂亮，很友好，很吸引人，但实际体验却并非如此。描述中唯一真实的卖点是靠近机场，这对于我这样一个短暂停留的人来说是个加分项。一个优点是免费机场班车和司机，他很有礼貌，是我遇到的最乐于助人的员工。无线网络几乎不能用，工作人员不会说英语，我无法让他们解决这个问题，或者说我遇到的任何问题，不幸的是，问题有很多——我房间的空调坏了，无法修复，所以我开着窗户睡觉，因为八月份中国很热，这导致很多虫子飞进来，但如果不这样做，就会太热了……前台到处都是虫子，直到很晚才有人来清理，总的来说，这不是一个舒适、方便的地方。我感觉住在那里给他们添了负担，以后再也不会去了，也不会推荐给任何人。前台的员工至少还尽力帮忙，虽然我能感觉到她很烦，但经理安格尔在我们费力的时候就坐在她旁边，甚至没有抬头看一眼，也没有试图帮忙。我本来还纳闷，照片上看起来那么漂亮，为什么价格这么低呢？现在我知道为什么了，真是太失望了。
