Name in English: Maple Hotel. As it was snow festival, Maple hotel offered promotion price. We booked and paid for the hotel at Chadianzi Bus Station. The sales staff at the bus station reception were very helpful.||||Logistic: About 100km fro Chadianzi Bus Station. About 2-2.5 hours lovely bus ride passing by lush vegetable farms, rustic villages and little towns with many restaurants and stalls selling smoked porks by the roadsides. (Bus fare: Rmb32 perpax perway)||||Excellent Location:Free bus pick up/drop off from cable car station (3km). Easy Walk to all activities spots, food stalls, mini market and souvenir stalls. Hotel to bus stop is less than 5 minutes.||||Price: rmb340 twin room with lovely views of the snowy mountains, morning sunrise and starry nights. (Hotel price varies depending on the season).||||Room: Rooms and beds are comfortably warm with heated floorings and heated blankets. Walk up stairs 5th floor, no elevator). The walk up was good exercise and we felt it was worth it because of the views.||Modern bathroom and toilet. Water pressure is good but Hot water only available at specific hours.||Wifi available but very unstable.||||Restaurants: we noticed many hotel guests ate at hotel restaurant. We did not eat at hotel as we ate at the food stalls. Smoked pork ribs (rmb20 per rib) were yummy, especially the ones sold at the foothill tourist center before the cable car station.||||Xiling snow mountain scenic area: We were jumping with joy because it was snowing when we arrived on 29/12/13. Everybody were happy playing snow and enjoying the company of families and friends. ||||We felt like we were in Narnia, we were expecting to see some fauns and talking beavers to appear, especially in the quietness and stillness at night. It's truly a magical place for us and best of all, very affordable (ringgit 1400 for 3 days 2 nights for a family of 4, excluding airfare).||||Tips: as we did not want to spend too much on the snow activities, we had hilarious time sliding up and down the snow slopes using black garbage bags specially flown in from Malaysia.

山上的酒店都比我想象的小，不要被宣传画骗了。外面看起来都听挺漂亮的，内部又脏又暗。一整天都有人在酒店门口铲雪，大厅很暗。酒店中庭和走廊用塑料膜隔开了，美其名曰保暖，其实可以看到中庭很乱，好像在整修的样子。房间隔音不好，从窗口能看到后院也不干净，酒店内侧的墙壁都斑驳了。床单很脏，有异味，还有很多毛发，不知道多久没洗。浴室吹风机管子断了，就用黑胶布缠上，但是一受热，胶布就不粘了，直接分裂。担心酒店会以破坏为理由拒退押金，捣鼓了好久。不过可能他们心里也清楚这是坏的。浴帘上全是发霉的小黑点，浴缸也不干净。热水限量供应，早上8-9点，晚上20-22点。四月了，山上还是很冷，没有供暖，只好开了一晚上的电热毯。早餐很简单，白粥，炒白菜（冷的）.

酒店离滑雪场比较近，如果住在山上的话比较合适。酒店设施比较陈旧，卫生条件很一般。早餐很简单，限量每人一个鸡蛋，其它只有稀饭和馒头等，品种很少。
