Clearly a good hotel... But the service is really horrible, I has been roughly stared by the staff in the elevator. The reception and coffee bar host have a wanda coffee muchine and, it's not a joke, told us that they can only give an americano coffee. (no espresso no latte) the breakfast was poor with no coffee (the staff tell us no) and they turned on the tv on a very loud volume.|Definitely staff need more training. I do not recommend this hotel..

明明是个不错的酒店……但是服务实在是太糟糕了，我在电梯里一直被工作人员粗鲁地盯着。接待处和咖啡吧的主人有一杯万达咖啡，这不是开玩笑，他告诉我们他们只能提供美式咖啡。 （没有浓缩咖啡，没有拿铁）早餐很差，没有咖啡（工作人员告诉我们没有），他们把电视开得很大。|工作人员肯定需要更多的培训。我不推荐这家酒店..
