Very nice hotel in the center of the Taikoo Li ChengDu. Had a very comfortable 3 night stay here, rooms good, staff polite and helpful.Special thanks to Front Desk staff 鯨野, go extra mile to check and follow up on some pillow stuff.As for 初賢. fews of us was not feeling well and we was being well taken care off.Thank you so much. 有你們真好，讓我們有家感觉。

非常好的酒店，位于成都太古里中心。在这里度过了非常舒适的三晚，房间很好，工作人员彬彬有礼，乐于助人。特别感谢前台工作人员鲸野，加倍努力检查和跟进一些枕头的东西。至于初贤。我们中的一些人感觉不舒服，我们得到了很好的照顾。非常感谢。 有你们真好，让我们有家的感觉。

This is our first trip in Chengdu and definitely back to stay at this hotel next time.We were traveling as a large family of 16 people in total which included senior and children.Mi Xian was my direct contact and she provided very good service from the day before check-in until i depart chengdu. She helped to facilitate everything that made this trip go well.

地點方便！周圍有好多吃的！小朋友很喜歡酒店的親子房，還有熊貓送！如果酒店洗澡的花灑水壓大一點就更好了

非常乾淨清潔，而且舒服，服務態度也很很好，很喜歡可以洗衣服，機器人服務很方便。如果成都都可以再考慮住這間。

Location is superb, room is nice and breakfast quality is quite good. Staff also has kind service mind. Connecting Family room is very good for family with kids.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. As a foreigner, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Communication via WeChat was seamless, and the attentive and friendly staff made my week-long stay enjoyable. The clean and spacious room, coupled with a great location, exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely book here again, satisfied with both amenities and the diverse breakfast offerings.

非常棒的住宿經驗，酒店位置方便，下樓就有夜市攤位，轉個彎就整條小吃街，鬧中取靜，房間乾淨，床和枕頭被褥都非常舒服。前台人員機動性很強，大小事情都能幫上忙，太感謝這群年輕人！特別感謝其中一位前台人員”北向”，即使下了班，仍然在線服務，讓人感動。值得推薦的一家酒店！
