1.房卡失效，上下电梯三次都打不开房门。 2.床头灯突然爆了。 针对以上两项不好的体验，酒店人员没有做出任何歉意表示，态度冷淡

Nice property near airport. No traffic disturbance except sound of nearby metro. But hotel must provide smoke zone in each floor.

I have a good experience with the comfortable room and pick-up/send service from Tianfu airport. I like the bed and the variety kinds of breakfast.

Not a good experience. Very poor customer service, not responding on time. Only received the reply after I checked out.
