Hotel room was clean and appeared well-maintained with modern sexy open concept design for the bathroom and bedroom. Heating system in the room worked well. However, there was only cold water out of hot water tap. A service staff attended almost immediately to point out that hot water comes out of the cold water tap instead!! WiFi worked flawlessly in the room, restaurants in the hotel, and the lobby. The restaurants in the hotel are clean with good hygiene practice which is the utmost criteria before visiting the national parks nearby so the tour will not be interrupted by having to look for the nearest washrooms for emergencies. The hotel is a stone throw away from Jiuzhaigou park which makes it easy to abandon your bus ride when there is a traffic jam in the morning. The altitude of the hotel is low enough for a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep. Really a comfortable place to rest after tons of walking and stairs climbing in the parks.

酒店房间很干净，看起来维护得很好，浴室和卧室采用现代性感的开放式概念设计。房间里的供暖系统运转良好。然而，热水水龙头里只有冷水。服务人员几乎立即出现并指出热水是从冷水水龙头出来的！房间、酒店餐厅和大堂的 WiFi 工作正常。酒店的餐厅干净整洁，卫生习惯良好，这是参观附近国家公园的最高标准，这样旅行就不会因为紧急情况而必须寻找最近的洗手间而中断。酒店距离九寨沟公园仅一箭之遥，因此您可以在早上堵车时轻松放弃乘坐公交车。酒店的海拔足够低，可以让您住得舒适，睡个好觉。在公园里经过大量步行和爬楼梯后，这确实是一个舒适的休息场所。

Not bad but also not good. Room had a wet spot on the ground (maybe some stains were cleaned?). Breakfast is not good at all I need to say. It is also quite far away from the city center.

We stayed two nights here because of tour group. The room amenities are decent and looks fairly new. The beds are decent if you like firm beds; the pillows are too soft. It was cold at night and we were able to ask for a portable heater to the room after we found out that there was no heat in the room (I went in early May). I agree that the breakfast could have been better; the selection was fairly local. The dragon fruit was in season and delicious.

Rooms are clean & serviced daily. Shampoo is provided however no shower gel or soap. You are given a big 2L bottle of laundry detergent instead. Still works to keep you clean but would have preferred actual soap. ||The hotel is within walking distance to some local convenience stores (similar to 7/11) to pick up snacks, noodles, drinks & spring water. A bottle of purified water is provided in hotel but I still got stomach cramps from them. ||The entry to jiuzhaigou national park is about 4km, 10mins drive away. I was provided a free shuttle/private car to the entry by the hotel which was a nice gesture. ||Breakfast spread was OK. All chinese foods & buns. Decent fried rice to keep you full. Some fresh fruit but these are the first to finish. They also have some basic sponge cakes and biscuits too

I left my iPhone 14 pro max In the room. Fortunately the hotel staffed quickly found it and gave it back to me when I was already in a bus to another long journey. Thank you very much. Really appreciated

We arrived quite late at night and was swiftly checked in by the duty manager. Luckily we got upgraded to a suite and it was amazing. It was big but cosy at the same time. The second night, we had asked something of the duty manager and she stilled remembered what room we stayed at. To be completely honest, the other staff members probably were no where near as attentive so we probably were just lucky, however we really enjoyed the stay. Clean and beautifully laid out hotel, the breakfast was also quite nice with a range of food on offer including made to order eggs and noodles. Would return if we were to visit Jiuzhaigou again.

我们晚上很晚才到达，值班经理很快就帮我们办理了入住。幸运的是我们升级到了套房，真是太棒了。它很大但同时很舒适。第二天晚上，我们向值班经理询问了一些事情，她仍然记得我们住在哪个房间。说实话，其他工作人员可能没有那么细心，所以我们可能只是幸运，但我们真的很享受这次住宿。酒店干净且布置精美，早餐也相当不错，提供各种食物，包括现点现做的鸡蛋和面条。如果我们再次访问九寨沟，我们还会再来的。

Rooms well equipped with all amenities - as it is a typical "tour groups" hotel, buffet dinner is compulsory. Buffet is not bad, but nothing exceptional. As most groups leave early morning, the breakfast room gets a stampede from 6.30 am onwards. Saw some people eating standing at the serving counters. By 7.15 am the rush is over.
