九寨鲁能希尔顿度假酒店

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Resort. It is no surprise this Hilton received a prestigious award in 2023. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the restaurants (especially Simmer) serve good Sechuan food, and on top of that, the staff was extremely helpful. A special shout out to the manager Andy Wu, who is not only fluent in English, he takes care of everything with a smile. We’d love to come back someday.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Hilton hotel for 3 days two nights very much. The service, food and location of Hilton is excellent. I really appreciated assistant from Hilton staffs Jason and Andy. Jason helped to trace my luggage from the public bus that lost my luggage when I traveled to Hilton hotel. Jason called the driver serval times to follow, locate and negotiate to send the luggage back to me. It eased my problem tremendously. Separately, when I depart Hilton, Andy helped me to reserve a comfortable minibus with reasonable price to take me from Hilton to train station on time. All and all, my experience in Hilton was wonderful.

我和我的妻子在希尔顿酒店住了三天两夜，非常愉快。希尔顿的服务、食物和位置都非常好。我真的很感谢希尔顿酒店员工杰森和安迪的助理。当我前往希尔顿酒店时，杰森帮助我从丢失行李的公共巴士上追踪我的行李。 Jason多次打电话给司机跟踪、定位、协商将行李寄回给我。它极大地缓解了我的问题。另外，当我离开希尔顿时，Andy帮我预订了一辆价格合理的舒适小巴，准时带我从希尔顿到火车站。总而言之，我在希尔顿的经历非常棒。

很滿意這一次入住體驗！晚上才到達九寨溝，前台接待我們的是Lesly，態度誠懇，十分熱情，知道我們女兒即將生日，贈送了一個可愛的酒店熊仔洋娃娃，女兒十分開心，也贈送了免費早餐。翌日大清早在出發前往參觀九寨溝之時，還收到Lesly 的短訊，提醒我們要塗上防曬，很貼心的服務啊。房間很寬敞、衛生良好，早餐也很豐富，是一次很滿意的體驗。

Our family had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzaigou. Special thank you to Andy at reception for helping us and my family so much and making our stay so wonderful. For example, helping us to arrange the admission tickets to national park. And sharing with us, what we to pay more attention to, given our elderly parent. You have been a tremendous support and help to us your hotel guests! 感谢你Andy帮助了我和家人很多。例如，帮助我们安排国家公园的门票。而告诉我们因该多注意什么。谢谢你Andy!

Clean rooms, located in a resort complex with restaurants, convenience stores, local shops. More local eateries just across the road. Beautiful views from all around, excellent breakfast and service!

Nicely furnished rooms which are clean and modern. Location is near the scenic area about 15-20mins, and restaurants located within the hotel. Sadly the outside resort area is currently undergoing maintenance which means most shops and and food options are limited. Service is friendly and welcoming. Gym facilities rather small

Excellent service from Cecilia and her team. Warm greetings from staff when you arrive and whenever you meet them along the way made you feel at home and wanted to enjoy the holiday. Beautiful room with excellent view of the mountains.

The hotel location is very good. You can take taxi around 15 mins to the Jiuzhaigou park entrance. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful.

酒店位置非常好。乘坐出租车约15分钟即可到达九寨沟公园入口。酒店非常安静、舒适。工作人员非常友善和乐于助人。
