一般歡朋的酒店水準. 但此間稍欠級數. 酒店設新厦內, 但房間空調像其他十多年老化的店, 空調沒法進房, 應不少房間也有此毛病. 也要維修師傅把走廊上空週管道調修. 所高級房, 竟連最基金冰箱及保險箱也欠奉. 不明白何解, 現在不少酒店也是這樣, 客人連住幾個晚上, 也不肯洗杯子. 浴缸更沒洗, 只建議你用上浴缸套, 大酒店品牌也不環保. 要多教育那些有潔僻的客人. 但早餐則明顯用心去做.

房间美侖美奐，是我由东营自营到银川十天以來住过最好的客房。房间窗户对正大公园，湖光山色。酒店座落於悦海新天地及华联购物中心的闹市，交通方便，起居衣食住行，环环相扣。酒店评级虽未臻至5星，但是勝於5星。特別我最喜早餐品类繁多，式色俱备，餐厅非常宽趟，房间非常宽趟，走道非常宽趟，感觉非常舒泰！。设施：良++卫生：优环境：合格（前台人手少了一点）

房間的環境與設備，以及清潔度，讓我真的很滿意。洗衣服很漂亮，洗衣烘乾好方便。早餐菜色非常豐富，且口味相當好，推薦到銀川的旅人，可以選擇這間希爾頓。

设施：新開的酒店，設施很新，很先進卫生：衛生也很乾淨环境：酒店周邊地區有商業區，也有很多當地的美食服务：酒店的服務人員都很好，尤其是前台的小趙妹妹很熱情，有免費升級了房型，客房服務人員也很貼心，充滿了笑容😊

新酒店住起來就是舒服！感謝酒店幫我升級房型，房間真的超大、浴缸也超大、住起來整個心情就是美麗！美中不足的就是酒店進去的大門比較不好認，開車的朋友要小心

I was looking for a coffee shop near by while I was walking around the hotel. I asked for it at the reception and she came down to the 1st floor to help me out. She’s English was great and she took me to the coffee shop and assisted me to buy a coffee because I can’t speak Chinese. She is very nice and kind. I travel around the world but didn’t get any good service in any other country. Thank you very much! I will stay here again.

An newly opened hotel with Great location. The hotel is super nice, clean, the room is spacious service is excellent, highly recommended. The breakfast is also nice, wide selection of local and international food.You cannot make a wrong choice to stay there.Only small suggestions:No hanger in the bathroom for the towelsThe lights next to the bed are too bright cannot turn them off during night time.The sensors are way to sensitive if you want wake up at night.Still 5* review

新开业的酒店，位置优越。酒店超级不错，干净，房间宽敞，服务非常好，值得推荐。早餐也很不错，有多种当地和国际美食。住在那里你不会做出错误的选择。唯一的小建议：浴室里没有挂毛巾的衣架。床旁边的灯太亮了，晚上无法关掉。时间。如果你想在晚上醒来，传感器非常敏感。仍然是 5 星评论

Hotel is service is good, clean and close to shopping place. But it's not for international traveler as they can't accept International credit card. Lucky, I still have some cash available to pay. Otherwise I don't know how to settle the hotel bill.
