东方瑞海温泉国际度假村

飯店提供的房間廁所飄出臭味，下水道的味道，我們跟前台反映，立刻幫我們換了房，另一間房間冷氣不冷，也立刻幫忙換房。我們預訂含溫泉券組合的房間，有游泳池，spa 池，烤箱和蒸氣室，還有兒童遊戲池。不過有兩個池沒開，一是滑水道池，一是親親魚池。這個季節不適合泡溫泉，太熱了。冬季來應該合適。游泳池的水很混濁，也過熱。大家沒有游泳道德觀念，把整個泳池當戲水池，也不管別人在長泳，就在水道裡玩水停留。整個區域沒見到一位救生員。房間沒禁菸，所以有菸味。

Nice hotel with a grandeur entrance. The staff was amazingly helpfull. As the building is old the upper floors shower took 15 min to get hot water, what is really a waste, but after that it was good.The hotsprings just beside the hotel are quite old, and the “maintenance” concept doesn’t seam to exist. Whatever still works… works the rest don’t. Still we had a good time, but be aware it might be a deception if you are not at ease with half the things not working

酒店外观不错，入口气派。员工非常热情周到。由于建筑年代久远，楼上的淋浴热水要等15分钟才能出来，实在有点浪费，不过之后就没问题了。酒店旁边的温泉也比较老旧，似乎根本没有“维护”的概念。能用的设施……基本都能用，其他的都坏了。尽管如此，我们还是玩得很开心，但如果你介意很多设施都不能正常使用，那可能就有点失望了。

Filthy carpets very smelly breakfast no fresh coffee no fresh vegetables and almost no fresh fruit. Bed hard and the shower has very pow pressure. No one speak any english at all. Get ready to use your phone translator for everything this should be a 4 star hotel but it is not more than a local chinese two star hotel If possible stay away.

地毯脏兮兮的，早餐臭气熏天，没有新鲜咖啡，没有新鲜蔬菜，几乎没有新鲜水果。床很硬，淋浴水压很小。所有人都不会说英语。做好用手机翻译的准备吧。这家酒店本该是四星级酒店，但实际上最多也就是个二星级酒店。如果可以，千万别来。
