雅禾国际大酒店

Rizhao Artwell International Hotel (also known as Yahe International Hotel) is a hidden treasure to be discovered by travelers. A shopping mall is located just a little across the hotel. Once you enter the lobby, one is pampered by its untiring staff. While checking in at the reception area, a guest is served with warm tea, a refreshing one for a cold winter night. The reception staff are well mannered and some speaks English. Although the rooms are not big, it is very comfortable. Some notes are placed to give reminders to guests inside the room. Breakfast buffet is quite delicious with wide range of foods to choose from. A guest is served with warm hand towel and warm water as soon as he sits on the dinning table. Surprisingly, the best part is - the room rate is very affordable for such an outstanding service oriented hotel. Definitely, I will come back to this hotel on my return to Rizhao.

日照阿特威尔国际酒店（又名亚和国际酒店）是一个值得旅行者发现的隐秘宝藏。 酒店对面不远就有一家购物中心。 一进入大堂，就会被不知疲倦的工作人员所宠爱。在接待区办理入住手续时，将为客人提供热茶，为寒冷的冬夜提供提神醒脑的茶饮。接待人员彬彬有礼，有些会说英语。 房间虽然不大，但是很舒服。 放置一些便条以提醒房间内的客人。自助早餐非常美味，有多种食物可供选择。 客人一坐上餐桌，就会收到温暖的手巾和温水。 令人惊讶的是，最好的部分是——对于这样一家以服务为导向的出色酒店来说，房价非常实惠。我肯定会在返回日照时再次入住这家酒店。

地标级的高层建筑让这家酒店格外醒目。入住时服务员递上的热茶让人感觉到家一般。合理的价格包含了太多的惊喜。下午酒店会给客人准备一杯奶茶，一杯酸奶喝一个可爱的毛绒玩具，让人感受温馨。房间里齐全的设施摆放在顺手的位置，让人倍感舒适。早餐中西结合，菜品丰富，更新很快，还有服务员适时送上温水。更夸张的是收拾房间的服务员还帮我洗了丢在房间的袜子。|非常好的体验，有机会一定再来~

The speciality of this hotel is their service; rooms have a characteristic smell but otherwise all aspects of this hotel are excellent. Western restaurant serves authentic Indian food - ask for it and they would prepare and serve.....Concierges are well-mannered and very responsible. Front desk has to improve their English speaking skills but lobby assistants manage the foreign guests. Excellent buffet breakfast in the morning....in short, one can feel at home.

I stayed in this hotel for a large protion of the past 4 years. The hotel is located between the old and the new part of town. The highway can be reached within 10 minutes. There is a supermarket/department store just across the road. A small park is located about 500 m to the north. The only Mc. Donald's restaurant in town can be reached in about 30 min by foot. ||||The staff of the hotel throughout is friendly and efficient. A porter usually brings the luggage into the room. There are two elevators leading to any of the 16 floors and during rush hour in the morning, there might be some minutes waiting for one of the downbound cars. The hotel has several restaurants, including a western style restaurant, where international food is served. Expect passable (not great, not bad) food in a nice atmosphere where you can meet other expats. The prices are slightly above average. I can strongly recommend the Indonesian fried rice. The rooms have what travellers need: Free LAN, HBO, Coffeemaker, place to put the suitcase, etc. The prices of the drinks in the minifridge are low. The central air condition and heating can be controlled by a three position fan switch. As with other hotels in China and to save money, the central air condition is sometimes turned off despite temperatures in the room which I found unconfortable. The beds are hard and thats the way I like it. Breakfast is served in the restaurant and is offered in buffet style.

过去 4 年的大部分时间我都住在这家酒店。酒店位于旧城区和新城区之间。 10分钟内即可到达高速公路。马路对面有一家超市/百货商店。向北约500m处有一个小公园。唯一的麦克。步行约30分钟即可到达镇上的Donald's餐厅。 ||||整个酒店的工作人员都很友好而且高效。搬运工通常会把行李搬进房间。有两部电梯通往 16 层楼中的任何一层，在早上高峰时段，可能需要等待几分钟的下行车厢。酒店拥有多间餐厅，包括一间供应国际美食的西餐厅。在良好的氛围中期待还过得去（不是很好，也不是很差）的食物，在那里你可以结识其他外国人。价格略高于平均水平。我强烈推荐印尼炒饭。房间里有旅客需要的东西：免费LAN、HBO、咖啡机、放置行李箱的地方等。迷你冰箱里的饮料价格很低。中央空调和暖气可由三位风扇开关控制。和中国的其他酒店一样，为了省钱，尽管房间里的温度让我觉得不舒服，但中央空调有时会关闭。床很硬，这就是我喜欢的。餐厅供应自助早餐。

Very, very friendly staff. You get some tea when you check in, they carry your luggage and briefcase all the time (and don't keep hanging around for a tip) they smile, open the elevator, and they always give the feeling they really mean it (and I think they do). Rooms are small, but comfortable. They have a Western restaurant, where you can see that the place have been frequently visited by Belgian people, because they serve a lot of Belgian food. Just a pity that, if you stay 10 nights, they play 10 nights ABBA in the restaurant. And that sometimes, the restaurant was rather cold as well. In general, great price/quality.

This is perhaps the best hotel in terms of service that I have ever experienced. Better than the Ritz Carlton. Every possible detail is attended to. The staff are pleasant, gracious, and always there to attend the least possible need. I highly recommend the Artwell International as the place to stay for your next visit to Rizhao. Our corporate rate was also ridiculously inexpensive for the value at something like $56 US per night.

听说酒店新装了楼层 特意开了个新楼层的房间，入住时候前厅三个服务员前呼后拥的感觉挺好的，还给倒了一杯菊花茶，旅游的旺季这个价格本身就是个惊喜了，毕竟挂牌的四星。新房间整体整洁明亮，家具不多单需要的都有了，房间内的小物品不少，得有二十多种了，比一般的酒店丰富多了。还给了一个桃子一个香蕉和一杯酸奶。进门就给换拖鞋的服务让人有点受不鸟，太热情了点吧。早餐不错，品种不少，口味也可以。这个价格带两份这样的早餐，觉得还挺超值啦。真正促使我发这个评论的动力是这个楼层的服务员自己手写的小纸条，因为我注意到来到楼层的时候她就叫出了我的姓氏，第二天给的小纸条，感动的我满眼泪水，这些年走南闯北的也住过不知多少酒店了，这绝对是我最感动的一次经历了，没有之一！！！！！就为了这份感动吧，下次还来这里住，也贴出来给大家看看，真不知道他们家是怎么培训的，不明觉厉啊|我在家袜子都是自己洗的，老婆都不给洗，回来她们给洗好了 还烘干叠起来，都感动的无语凝噎了 呵呵

尽管酒店有些年头了，不过服务还是一贯的到位。从前台到房间服务员全都殷勤周到。入住有水果，豆浆和酸奶赠送。床上还铺着花瓣。设施虽然不新但还算舒适。早餐营养丰富。酒店性价比还是不错的，下次来还会住这。
