★★★★I come to China very often. I travel a lot and stay many hotels before. But there is one reception lady atitude is not service oriented and should not be at the front desk. I should take a picture of her name badge next time and let the guest know that get away from her. Other than that I am satisfied with this hotel.
我经常来中国,也经常旅行,住过很多酒店。但是这家酒店有个前台女服务员态度很差,服务意识不到位,根本不适合在前台工作。下次我应该拍下她的名牌,提醒其他客人避开她。除此之外,我对这家酒店其他方面都很满意。

★I visit this hotel again because of this is one of good one in this town. But I am afraid to visit again because there is one lady who should be at the reception. Even if a customer try to communicate booking process, this lady is not trying to use translation app explaining. this frown face worker should not be at the front desk where receptionist should welcome customer. This kind service wrong minded person might ruin your enjoyable travel and feeling on important business trip so be ready to face this issues.
我再次入住这家酒店是因为它是镇上比较好的酒店之一。但我不敢再来了,因为前台有一位女士的服务态度很差。即使客人尝试沟通预订流程,她也不会尝试使用翻译软件进行解释。这位一脸不悦的员工不应该待在前台,前台接待员应该热情地迎接客人。这种服务态度恶劣、思维不端的员工可能会毁掉您愉快的旅行体验,尤其是在重要的商务旅行中,所以请做好面对这些问题的准备。
