Very nice and helpful front desk. I had some questions on the 旅游直通车 from 大同古城 to 悬空寺. She called their customer service and helped me to clarify the details. Really appreciate her help.

特別好，從進大門開始就感覺氣氛跟別家不一樣，尤其是受到了袁玲，李丹櫃台人員的服務，很快的辦理好住房手續。還有迎賓飲料可以喝，一進房間有優待的沙棘果汁招待，另外又贈送兩碗甜湯，服務真好，退房時寄放行李也很親切還幫忙拉行李。下次還會造訪。

We stay here for one night, The staffs at reception were helpful and friendly. Facilities in room are amazing, There is a tea table inside. And very tidy and clean. Breakfast is really good as well.感谢刘娟、郭红、刘吉琴对我们的帮助。

酒店服務特佳，房間很乾淨，地區很方便，鄰近許多景點。

从大堂起，我就感觉到这家酒店在设计上还是花了心思的，可以看出是在成本有限的情况下让酒店显得尽量有品味而不落俗套。我们的房间陈设虽然简单，但比较干净整洁，服务员对我们的要求也都一一满足，只是美中不足的是房间里有些许的潮味。
