Vienna Hotel Panyu Qiaonan Aoyuan Square

When I gave my check-in voucher which is written in English to the counter, the counter told me that they did not know english. They kept on asking me the question in Mandarin which I am not familiar. Then they asked me to give my identification to check my booking. After checking, they recommended me to upgrade my room because they told me that our room may be distributed by the activities in KTV room. Finally I have to pay an additional $120 to change my room. Besides I was told that we can access WiFi but when I entered the information as requested , it did not work. I went to the counter for assistance, the customer service told me that I should have mobile phone number in China for verification. I am not the resident of China, how can I have the mobile phone number in China. Overall, I am disappointed with their service.

当我把英文写的入住凭证交给柜台时，柜台告诉我他们不懂英文。 他们一直用我不熟悉的普通话问我问题。 然后他们要求我提供身份证明以检查我的预订。 查完之后，他们建议我升级房间，因为他们告诉我，我们的房间可能是根据KTV包房的活动分配的。 最后我不得不额外支付120美元来换房间。 此外，我被告知我们可以访问 WiFi，但当我按要求输入信息时，它不起作用。 我去柜台寻求帮助，客服告诉我需要有中国的手机号码以供验证。 我不是中国居民，我怎么有中国的手机号码。 总的来说，我对他们的服务感到失望。

酒店接待員態度良好！房內設施有點舊, 櫃門/廁所門/ 花灑頭/ 電視機 都有不同程度的破損！早餐……選擇不多…亦不太好食…只能夠說勉強可以飽腹！

酒店CP值高，還算方便，房間有點老舊，但還算是很乾淨，而且很大，住起來舒服！

從香港過來, 聞名已久的維也納終於一試, 失望至極點, 我訂了最貴的房間, 樓下竟然是KTV. 房間隔音奇差, 從晚上九時一直吵到凌晨二時, 嘈到心煩, 向櫃檯服務員投訴, 他們說不好意思是這樣的, 送了一對耳塞, 我發誓永遠不會再來

这个酒店好像是新装修过了，看起来非常的新，而且房间好大，床上用品都是新的，住起来非常的舒服。里面有免费上网的，速度还是挺快的。|除了位置稍为差一点，总体来说这次入住体验不错。这里的服务态度也很好，服务员都彬彬有礼，卫生干净，早餐很丰富，价格想对于房型来讲算是便宜的了，可以说得上性价格比挺高的。

房間整體不錯，衞生清潔，只是有些煙味，感覺不太舒服。免費停車場，出入十分方便👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Visited family in the area, which is really the only reason for booking this location. Vienna is a huge chain in hotel and if you've been to one before, you know what to expect. |Rooms are big (two king beds with space to spare) and clean. Smoking is everywhere, you're in China so don't kid yourself.|Next door is a nightclub / karaoke / spa facility, and there is also a huge restaurant attached. Nothing much else in the area - some local eateries but don't expect western standards of cleanliness or service. Very dark at night. Transportation is inconvenient - seems most would come via tour bus? Taxi seems the most viable option. If you're in the area for sightseeing, I'm sure there are plenty better hotels more conveniently located near public transportation. |Breakfast was included but I didn't try it, so cannot comment on that.
