洪恩酒店

我是5月14号入住酒店，感觉很好，服务.卫生.非常好，走的时候还忘记写发票，回家报销时才发现，打电话到前台，姓阮的服务员查证后马上帮忙并且快递给我，真的很好！下次到广州还住这酒店，我还介绍朋友入住。

I arrived at 19:00 hrs from Bangkok and booked this hotel (10 days) at one of the airport kiosk. Their airport transfer was called in and with in 10 minutes we had arrived at the hotel. Check in was fast, (due to the fact i had booked from the airport and the ladies their communicated fairly well in English), those at the hotel do not speak English, however they struggle to understand by giving you a paper to write down what you need or want then using their computers or smartphones they translate accordingly. That's how life goes on here. what i did was to download a translation app on to my android phone, so whatever i needed, i translate it for them to Chinese. There is a club on the second floor, it's better you get the rooms on the last floor/s. You should keep the ACs running as cigarette odors are every where. hotel is not sound proofed, if your room is next to the road you will hear the traffic and if next to the club, trust me you will be sleeping late nights as though you are part of the partying. Apart from these issues, generally the place is great, staff are very friendly, kind and helping, daily room service, WiFi & in room Fast wired internet great and free, hotel is clean. As usual, china beds are hard, break fast is Chinese (had no problem trying something new) and above all this hotel is in the town center a few meters from the Renhe train station, hang outs like MacDonald & KFC (for drinks and foods).

我于 19:00 从曼谷抵达，并在机场自助值机亭预订了这家酒店（10 天）。他们叫了机场接送服务，10 分钟后我们就到达了酒店。办理入住手续很快（因为我是从机场预订的，而且女士们的英语沟通得很好），酒店的人不会说英语，但是他们很难理解，给了你一张纸，写下什么您需要或想要然后使用他们的计算机或智能手机，他们会进行相应的翻译。这里的生活就是这样进行的。我所做的就是在我的安卓手机上下载一个翻译应用程序，所以无论我需要什么，我都会为他们翻译成中文。二楼有一个俱乐部，最好住最后一层的房间。你应该保持空调运转，因为到处都是香烟味。酒店不隔音，如果你的房间靠近马路，你会听到交通声，如果靠近俱乐部，相信我，你会睡得很晚，就好像你是派对的一部分。除了这些问题之外，总的来说，这个地方很棒，工作人员非常友好、友善和乐于助人，每天提供客房服务，无线网络和室内快速有线网络很棒而且免费，酒店很干净。和往常一样，中国的床很硬，早餐是中式的（尝试新的东西没问题），最重要的是这家酒店位于市中心，距离仁和火车站只有几米，有麦当劳和肯德基（提供饮料和食物） ）。

Stayed one night here after a late flight into Guangzhou. Was given a room without a window which was dank and smelled of smoke - so switched to a room with a large window on the fifth floor, MUCH nicer. Overall the room was good - a few stains here and there, faint smell of smoke and hard mattresses. Free tea. Clean bathroom. Pretty satisfied with the room. ||Staff didn't speak much English but were nice enough. Bit of confusion about the airport transfer though - booking.com had me believe there is one but I tried to get them to pick my mum up and it didn't happen. Think they have a scheduled bus that may or may not cost and go to the airport. And apparently you ring them from the airport for this. ||The hotel is just one stop from the airport on the metro (3 yuan). You can easily walk to the Rehne metro station from the hotel. ||Breakfast included. Standard Chinese breakfast with about six options. Not bad. No drink though. ||The restaurant on the fifth floor has many choices. ||Near hotel are fruit markets, American restaurants (Pizza Hut, KFC), Chinese restaurants, and a few shops (clothes, gadgets etc). Not a good area though.

乘坐晚班航班飞往广州后在这里住了一晚。给的房间没有窗户，潮湿，有烟味，所以换到了五楼有大窗户的房间，好多了。总的来说，房间很好——到处都有一些污渍，有淡淡的烟味，床垫很硬。免费茶水。干净的浴室。对房间比较满意。 ||工作人员不会说太多英语，但足够好。不过，关于机场接送服务有点混乱——booking.com 让我相信有机场接送服务，但我试图让他们来接我妈妈，但没有发生。认为他们有一辆去机场的定时巴士，可能会收费，也可能不会。显然你为此从机场打电话给他们。 ||酒店距机场仅一站地铁（3元）。您可以从酒店轻松步行至雷讷地铁站。 ||含早餐。标准的中式早餐，大约有六种选择。不错。虽然没有喝酒。 ||五楼餐厅有很多选择。 ||酒店附近有水果市场、美式餐厅（必胜客、肯德基）、中餐厅和一些商店（衣服、小玩意等）。虽然不是一个好地区。

I stayed in China for 11 days and the last night before coming back I stayed with them since it was close to the airport and I could just get their shuttle.||||Let me make something very clear. Based on the different places I stayed, the pictures look very good compared to what you get in real life.||The room looked nice, however the internet connection on the 5th floor was really bad. I went downstairs, used my translation app and told them.||||A few minutes after they came up and brought me a wireless modem. The bed was extremely hard. I stayed at another hotel and they had a soft mattress. The Chinese culture is used to sleeping on those hard mattress. They have a wood surface and very little padding on top. I was told all the mattresses were like that. I even turned it upside down to see if it was soft on the other side, nothing.||||I asked for an extra sheet so that I could try to get some sleep on top on the comforter and cover myself with the extra sheet and I was told since I was only one person, they could not give me an extra sheet. What??||||I asked the person at the front desk using the app that how they could expect people to sleep on those extra hard mattresses. I told her that they were a hotel, not a college dorm there and that they serve foreigners not used to the Chinese culture and not used to sleeping on those hard mattresses. ||I was on the last floor and the music was very loud even after midnight. The walls are very thin and you could hear everything that is happening on the hallway. I heard people walking up and down. Someone else rang the bell for the room across from me and I opened the door because it sounded like it was inside my room.||||The shuttle in the morning was a positive of this hotel. I couldn't catch any breakfast since I left at 6:30am and their breakfast started at 7am. ||||I could not sleep at all in this place before my 25 hours of flying coming back. I contacted Agoda and they refunded me.||||Not recommended unless you want to experience it yourself. They are other options around. I think one is Motel 168 which looks better.

We arrived at almost 4am on Oct 21st. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and was really helpful. We had language barrier but we were able to communicate properly.||The room was spacious and clean though it looks really old.||The food were delicious however, in our 4 days of stay there, the breakfast was the same. No variations at all.||Nevertheless, this hotel is very commendable. I would definitely go back here.

我们是10月21日凌晨4点左右到达的。接待员热情地欢迎我们并且非常乐于助人。我们有语言障碍，但我们能够正常沟通。||房间宽敞干净，虽然看起来很旧。||食物很美味，但是，在我们住的四天里，早餐是一样的。没有任何变化。||尽管如此，这家酒店还是非常值得称赞的。我肯定会回到这里。

Plusy -blisko do lotniska w dodatku darmowy transport który trzeba zgłosić wcześniej na ustaloną godzinę -sam nie wiem ...po miesiącu spędzonych w chinach cieszę się że jest WGL łóżko do spania. Minusy: Dobra jedziemy z tym ... -Po pierwsze tradycyjnie nikt w recepcji nie mówi po angielsku ale korzystają z translatora. -śniadania okropne tzn typowe dla tego narodu...pampuchy,makaron chiński,orzeszki ziemne xD dla bezglutenowych freaków może być ciężko. -pokoje bez okien !! Czułem że moje kontinuum czaso-przestrzenne jest zaburzone i nie wiedziem czy jest dzien czy jest noc i czy wgl jeszcze żyje... -bardzo słaba izolacja dźwiękowa pokoju.Wszystkie głosy z korytarza są słyszane wew i oczywiście vice versa,a więc jeżeli chcesz troche spuścić z krzyża ciśnienia z partnerką ,przygotuj sie na grono słuchaczy -w tym samym hotelu odbywają się wieczory karaoke gdzie ludzie wydają z siebie dźwięki(śpiewem tego nazwać nie można) do godziny 2 w nocy a w pokoju czujemy się jak na sali koncertowej -klima i wentylatory w pokoju mają głośność startującego MIGa -29 na dopalaczach.Jeżeli je wylączysz udusisz sie...a dlaczego ?? -w chinach palą wszedzie i wszyscy A najlepiej fajka smakuje im na korytarzu obok twoich drzwi do pokoju lub w windzie .Smród straszny i nawet turbina od samolotu w pokoju nie wywietrzy ci pokoju ... lepiej dopłacić parę $ I znaleźć normalny hotel A najlepiej inny kraj...

优点 - 靠近机场，提供免费交通，但必须在规定时间提前预订 -我不知道...在中国呆了一个月后，我很高兴有一张WGL床可以睡。 缺点： 好吧，我们就这样吧…… - 首先，传统上接待处没有人会说英语，但他们使用翻译。 - 早餐很糟糕，这是这个国家的典型......泡芙、中式面条、花生 xD 对于无麸质怪胎来说可能很难。 -没有窗户的房间！我感觉我的时空连续体被扰乱了，我不知道现在是白天还是黑夜，也不知道碳是否还活着…… - 房间的隔音效果非常差，走廊里的所有声音都可以在里面听到，当然反之亦然，所以如果你想和你的伴侣减轻一点压力，请做好面对一群听众的准备。 -同一家酒店有卡拉OK之夜，人们会发出声音（你不能称之为唱歌）直到凌晨2点，房间感觉就像一个音乐厅 - 房间里的空调和风扇在加力燃烧器上有米格启动-29的音量，如果你把它们关掉，你会窒息......为什么？ -在中国，每个人都抽烟，而且他们的烟斗在你房间门旁边的走廊或电梯里味道最好，甚至房间里的飞机涡轮机也不会给你的房间通风...... 最好多花几美元，找一家正规的酒店，最好是另一个国家的……
