I stayed at this hotel during my trip, and it left a truly positive impression. The unique design and concept of the hotel make you feel like you're on another planet! The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with attention to every detail.One of the standout features for me was the dining experience. The availability of a wide variety of halal food was a huge advantage. This is especially important for travelers with specific dietary preferences. The food was fresh, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist.The hotel’s location was another highlight – close to many shops and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Guangzhou.I highly recommend Guangzhou Planet Concept Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. It’s definitely become one of my favorites!

I stayed 6 nights, starting from 20th February 2025. The first 4 nights went well, the weather was generally the same , around 14 to 20 degree celsius. But somehow, the management switched their centralised air conditioning settings to "Warm" by default. There is an option in the remote control in the room to change it to cool, but that doesnt work at all. I complained the front desk a few times, but they only gave a fixes answer, "switch the ac off and open the window to get the cool air in". I mean thats the first time ever i have heard of something like this and i just cant keep the window open whole night. I know how central ac works and they could easily do it, but no.all i was given was a floor fan unit which was just ok and my room was hot the last 2 full nights of my stay, between 28 to 30 degree celsius. Thats not done. This is the only major thing i was bummed about,while the front desk, the door guys, housekeeing people, the people working in the breakfast hall, everybody wonderful, courteous and genuinely helped when needed. If it werent for the ac system rule, i'd definitely give 10/10, but coz of this one problem, it ruined my 2 nights and left me sweating at night.

我从 2025 年 2 月 20 日开始住了 6 晚。前 4 晚过得还不错，天气基本一样，大约 14 到 20 摄氏度。但不知何故，管理层默认将中央空调设置切换为“暖风”。房间遥控器上有一个选项可以将其更改为冷风，但根本不起作用。我向前台投诉了几次，但他们只给出了一个修复答案，“关掉空调，打开窗户让冷空气进来”。我的意思是，这是我第一次听说这样的事情，我就是不能整晚都开着窗户。我知道中央空调是如何工作的，他们很容易做到，但不行。他们只给我提供了一个落地扇，还行，在我入住的最后 2 个整晚，我的房间很热，温度在 28 到 30 摄氏度之间。这还没完。这是唯一让我感到沮丧的大事，前台、门卫、客房服务人员、早餐厅的工作人员，每个人都很棒，很有礼貌，在需要时真诚地提供帮助。如果不是因为空调系统有问题，我肯定会给 10 分，但因为这个问题，它毁了我的 2 个晚上，让我晚上汗流浃背。

Interesting, space / retro sci-fi hotel with very unique design and attention to detail. One would expect nerdy, young guest who would appreciate the theme. However the guests are mainly Russian and muslim merchants, doing export business in this neighborhood. They don’t fit the setting and their behavior completely ruin the atmosphere.

有趣的太空/复古科幻酒店，设计非常独特，注重细节。人们会期待喜欢这个主题的书呆子、年轻客人。然而，客人主要是俄罗斯人和穆斯林商人，他们在附近做出口生意。他们与环境格格不入，他们的行为完全破坏了氛围。

The hotel had good facilities, but there were some areas for improvement. The room was nice, but service could be quicker. Still a good option for the price.

Best hotel, always stay here when in GZ, there are a lot of halal food, subway is 15 minutes to walk.

Very good hotel , the area is not far from Liuhua area .The staff is very helpful, and the services (laundry, restaurant) are very good excellent value for money
