外商大酒店

酒店處於在珠江新城處，地理位置優越，相對而言性價比高，樓下就有很多吃的選擇。3A層露天大堂吧環境舒適，晚上跟朋友暢飲一杯很愜意，有配備健身房跟自助洗衣機，是個旅遊及出差的最佳選擇。房間乾淨寬敞設施設備也很現代化, 智能房間感覺很好。酒店早餐也很豐富，粵式為主，中西結合。

Staff: I honestly have never seen a more friendlier and helpful staff than I found in this hotel. They are amazing and will help our before you even asking. One time I called the reception to ask for the iron board but he couldn’t understand my English very clearly, within 3 minutes the guy was at my door with a translator and then immediately got me the iron board. Thank you guys very much 🙏🏻Food: I’m a very picky eater and I only Halal food, the breakfast buffet had so many options (not halal) but vegetarian so I never faced any issues finding food during breakfast 👏🏻

员工：老实说，我从未见过比这家酒店更友好、更乐于助人的员工。他们非常棒，在您提出要求之前就会帮助我们。有一次我打电话给前台要熨衣板，但他听不懂我的英语，不到3分钟，那个人就带着翻译来到我家门口，然后立即给我拿来了熨衣板。非常感谢你们🙏🏻食物：我是一个非常挑食的人，我只吃清真食品，自助早餐有很多选择（不是清真食品），但是素食，所以我在早餐期间从来没有遇到过寻找食物的问题👏🏻

酒店是剛重新翻修，房間所有的設備都非常新且乾淨。廁所是用活動門間隔的，如果介意的話要留意一下。整體而言，非常不錯。

The hotel lobby is situated on the 3rd floor of a building complex. It is clear that the hotel interior had been newly renovated. The room we booked was said to be 28m2 but felt smaller than that. The toilet show cubicle is poorly situated as half of the space is taken by an external riser, the interior space is less than 28m2 for sure. The open plan of the toilet is closed by sliding doors and the entry to the cubicle is almost impossible without opening the sliding doors.We had delivery of online purchases that did not reach our hands despite vendors confirming hotel receiving them. It was only after 3 days of checking with 3 different front desk staff that we got the missing packages. Best service award to Ms. Huang Jing. The others just provided lip service.That said, the plus points of the hotel :1) Clean2) Comfortable beds3) Healthy breakfast spread of western and Chinese options.

酒店大堂位于建筑群的三楼。看得出来酒店内部是新装修过的。我们订的房间据说是28平米但是感觉比这个小。卫生间展示间的位置很差，一半的空间被外部立管占据，内部空间肯定不到28平方米。厕所的开放式平面是由滑动门关闭的，如果不打开滑动门，几乎不可能进入隔间。尽管供应商确认酒店收到了网上购买的商品，但我们仍然没有到达我们的手中。经过 3 天的与 3 个不同的前台工作人员核实后，我们才找到了丢失的包裹。最佳服务奖授予黄静女士。其他人只是说说而已。也就是说，酒店的优点是：1）干净2）舒适的床3）健康的早餐，有西式和中式两种选择。

智能房間感覺很好！環境寬敞舒適，地點旺中帶靜，附近食肆水準高，價錢合理。下次還會再來，大堂阿德表現細心周到，服務員態度一流！

The hotel location is very close to the skyscraper area. The breakfast was good, I will say classic Weastern/ Chinese breakfast.The beds were comftable, but the pillows need an improvement in my opinion.Overall the stuff were helpful and kind.

酒店位置非常靠近摩天大楼区。早餐很好，我会说经典的西式/中式早餐。床很舒服，但我认为枕头需要改进。总的来说，工作人员很有帮助，也很友善。

服務不錯，但是房間隔音很差，旁邊大樓長期施工，半夜三點還在施工，影響睡眠。房間選禁煙房，還是煙味很重。

Excellent value for money, hotel rooms are actually apartments over two floors including living room, dining room, bed and extra seating areas too! Washing machine included inside the bathroom. Good access to metro (Tancun station). Highly recommended. Would definitely return.

物超所值，酒店房间实际上是两层楼的公寓，包括客厅、餐厅、床和额外的休息区！浴室内配有洗衣机。交通便利，可轻松抵达地铁（潭村站）。强烈推荐。肯定会回来。
