柏高商务酒店

I had a great stay here, I have no complaints Really good for business travellers, it’s well connected. There are convenience stores right below the hotel, less than 50 meters walk. Rooms are spacious and staff is really friendly and hospitable. We got really good service during canton fair. Just that no one from night shift staff knows English, and only interns know English in day time.

我在这里过得很愉快，没有什么可抱怨的 对于商务旅客来说真的很好，交通便利。酒店楼下就有便利店，步行不到50米。房间很宽敞，工作人员非常友好和好客。广交会期间我们得到了非常好的服务。 只是夜班人员没有人懂英语，白天只有实习生懂英语。

I have stayed there for 4 days. Unfortunately my room 1118 - was really bad, in terms of cleanliness. I could not step on the floor (was way too dirty) the ceiling was falling from time to time. there is ONLY ONE ELEVAATOR for the hotel! food was not great. Only Chinese style unfortunately. I would not suggest to stay in there unless you have no other options.

我在那里呆了 4 天。不幸的是，我的 1118 房间 - 就清洁度而言真的很糟糕。我无法踩在地板上（太脏了），天花板时不时地掉下来。酒店只有一部电梯！食物不是很好。不幸的是只有中国风格。我不建议留在那里，除非你没有其他选择。

從广州团一大广场步行8分钟到达酒店，周边配套设施齐全，歺厅等服务场所有很多选择，服务员态度很好，衞生环境也不錯，房间宽敞明亮。

房間比較老舊，地毯挺髒的還有隱藏的螺絲釘會扎腳，在一棟非常老舊的商務樓上，電梯也不好等

房間寬敞，非常舒適。服務員很有禮貌，清潔房間的姐姐也很善良。

We had a nice stay. We got complimentary breakfast for the first day but it was a very simple breakfast. Not so great. Was able to wash our clothes but limited hanging space in the room.

我们住得很愉快。第一天我们得到了免费早餐，但早餐非常简单。不太好。可以洗衣服，但房间里的悬挂空间有限。

整體體驗不好先說好的，房間較大，裝修較新不好的，電梯只有一台，繁忙時段擠不上要等很久馬桶去水極慢，經常堵塞，要求換房說沒房不能換，服務員通渠花了20分鐘才弄好，弄好了隔天早上又堵了點**外賣只能送到前台，下去拿前台才說已經讓機械人送餐了，害我白跑一趟，這不是應該提前通知客人麼，而且機械人故障，到房間也不會有任何通知，等了一小時才知道到門外，食物都送涼了

Hotel already old-style, rooms are really clean, but apperence of the hotel is terrible, the breakfast is weak, some constructions in the double lobby, entrance is dirty and exterior is need to be replaced.One of elevator do not work, need long wait to get down or to the restaurant.Very strange people walk in the different floors, seems not all floors is for hotel.If you are comming do business to Canton Fair-respect yourself chose better hotel, even for 3 nights. The staff is hiring young translators, which helping very much. Thanks to them. Otherwise it could be really bad.The last day manager comes to the rooms and asks to put 5 stars for hotel... That says everything...

酒店已经很老式了，房间确实很干净，但是酒店的外观很糟糕，早餐很差，双大堂有些建筑，入口很脏，外墙需要更换。其中一部电梯不能用，需要下楼或去餐厅要等很长时间。很奇怪的人走在不同的楼层，似乎不是所有楼层都是酒店。如果你来广交会做生意，尊重自己选择更好的酒店，即使是住 3 晚。工作人员正在聘请年轻的翻译，这很有帮助。感谢他们。否则情况可能会很糟糕。最后一天经理来到房间并要求给酒店打 5 颗星...这说明了一切...
