This hotel was an absolute gem. The central location was unbeatable, and the staff provided top-notch service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the real highlight was the delicious food at the restaurant. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a culinary treat. Highly recommended for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is not bad, my only negative was the breakfast was not great quality. Low grade coffee machine’s, too many queues to get and egg fried and average choice. The other thing is you hear the subway coming and going from the room so it’s a bit noisy. It may not be all the floors but my floor 15 was a victim. Generally service was good and facilities good. Oh , could not find iron in my room.

我本着对贵酒店期望很高，但到了酒店进2618房间，一股霉味，開了很长時間冷氣还是有，地毯墙边也不干净，墙边都是尘，地毯也脏，要知道这是亲子房问，有小明友玩的玩具等，小朋友在房間地上游玩这么脏地毯很无奈，房間灯光也不够再加上近几天天气也不好所以觉的住这房感覺很不舒服，还有订房時房间有个类是放箱子的柜，现在房里也没有，所以连放旅行相的柜也没有，很不方便。当然服務还是蛮好，热情，酒店位置也不错，出行方便，最主要小朋友玩的开心。

was abit sceptical due to some of the reviews but was totally wrong! Ocean is in-between 2 stations, some 5-8mins walk away but wasn't that bad as these 2 stations are on L5 and L6 that connects to attractions easily and just 3 bus stop away from aPM. there's a few eateries near OuZhuang station that's worth checking out it.As for the hotel itself, its clean and of good size. Housekeeping is done daily and changes out all the towels, bedsheets. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Tried both Chinese restaurant and the food is good. You can good view on 27th restaurant, able to see Canto Tower and Baiyun Mountain. All in all, a good hotel to stay in!

酒店環境乾淨。到達酒店參觀房間後確認訂房，職員表示我們可以即時網上訂即時入住，態度有禮。晚上回房間見到放了兩杯羅漢果茶予我們清肝火。很貼心。

酒店是80年代开业但2018年装修过，设计雖然有点老了但是房间里的硬件基本都很好，衞生條件也很好，尤其是淋浴間空间大，花灑水压给力，酒店服务周到。地理位置尚方便，走约8-10分鈡到地鉄口。整体而言，感觉性价比高！

免費升級了商務房，設施衛生都很滿意。衛生非常好，乾淨。廁所電廁板，沖涼設施水夠大夠暖。客服很熱情，還送了羅漢果茶。交通便利。滿意的入住體驗，還會再來
