Great service. Great rooms. The best food ever. The vest pool I was at (especially if you like swimming). Great SPA services, though it is a shame that it is separate for men/women.||The best hotel for business trips, assuming you are ok with 30~40 minutes drive to the city for meetings. If you have a night between flights, than the location is perfect. 5 minutes walk from all the terminals. Cannot get any better than this ... really recommended strongly.

This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed at. It is a Hyatt cat 1 but it is better than cat 6 I’ve stayed in the US. The happy hour at club lounge and breakfast at cafe was superb with a wide range of food selections (some freshly cooked! My favorite was the beef pancake). During dinner they have very great singers from Philippines performing in the Market Cafe. The pool/sauna was clean and I didn’t even see anyone. There is a nice huge outdoor park on 5th floor and it was beautiful at night, and you can watch the flights pass you by over your head. I would come back even when I’m not taking a flight!! It’s only 5000 Hyatt points!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Convenient Location! I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport, and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly situated for travellers, offering the ultimate convenience of being right at the airport (just a 7 minutes walk from the gate with clear directions). What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Eric Chen and Molly were absolute standouts—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I had a parcel to send to my supplier, but as I do not have China mobile number, I was unable to send the parcel. Eric went out of the way to assist me by helping me to make the parcel booking with his phone. The staff dedication to customer satisfaction is evident and greatly appreciated. The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The dining options were fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious choices to suit any palate. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Stay a night at this hotel. Everything is easy from check in to check out. There is a direct access from the hotel to airport terminal. No taxi or e-hailing needed. Breakfast is great. A lot of variety just need to translate the menu more in english so everyone can understand. Overall, it was a good stay. Comfortable room.

We decided to take the High-Speed Train from Shenzhen when planning our trip to Hong Kong. Hence, we selected Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport for a short transit stay. You can access the hotel directly from the airport, so it is convenient for whoever is taking a flight early in the morning or at midnight. For those who love to see airplanes and their take-off/departure procedure, this hotel is also a great choice because some rooms have decent airport views. During our stay, we saw many B747, B787, and A350. I also recommend trying out the Xiang Yue Chinese Restaurant, and I enjoyed the food there.

Check in and check out was quick and professional great service overall the bed comfortable and shower very good the rooms are well appointed and spacious you can also have an airport view from the window. this hotel in in the airport terminal and very convenient they also provided me with porter service until the check in counters.

非常物有所值 除了离深圳市区稍微远一点甚至很适合周末来staycation.... 现在新路修好了其实也很快就能到了 酒店直通宝安T3 去航站楼路上还有工作人员问好 很意外那么热的走廊还有人守着||||房内硬件设置基本没有挑剔的 又新又大又干净 不杂乱不造作 隔音特别好 除了不能手机投屏之外没任何毛病||||五楼的空中花园 三楼（还是四楼）的游泳池非常适合放松适合和朋友聊天 人也很少||健身房的器械很干净 入口处毛巾有热的和放在冰箱里面的凉的 大好评 跑步机上有阿姨放的水和毛巾好评||club access的简餐虽然选择不是特别多 但是质量还是不错的 晚上吃饱没问题 以及club的大窗户很好 看看飞机起降很舒服 可惜下午没有早点过去||||特别惊喜的是早餐的质量非常高 提前购买是100rmb 选择特别多 中西餐点都做的很好 砂锅粥/手抓饼/排骨/肠粉等等都有很好的印象 酸奶水果沙拉的选择特别特别丰富 可能是我看过最多最好的||||值得一提的是这里虽然是机场旁 但是外卖一应俱全且基本同城同价 晚上甚至很适合拎着外卖去五楼和朋友边聊边吃 没有试过这里的晚餐自助 有机会下次来试试吧||||唯一可能要挑毛病的是酒店大堂感觉一般 不过这个cat 1的hyatt regency已经给我带来太多惊喜了 远超很多国外的cat4甚至cat5 希望能继续保持水准

I was fortunate to get a room last minute when I had my flight cancelled and had to overnight in Shenzhen. The hotel is walking distance when you exit the airport from baggage claim. I had a nice clean room and the buffet breakfast was better than another major hotel that starts with "M". I will definitely seek out other Hyatt's in China for my future trips.
