location is perfect .near to minzhi metro statiion. only one station far from Shenzhen north railways station. front desk Lady is so nice. she is always smile and greet you when you enter the hotel. all staff are well mannered. stayed twice. for sure next time again will stay.

位置很完美，靠近民治地铁站，距离深圳北站仅一站路。前台小姐非常友好，当你进入酒店时，她总是微笑着迎接你。所有工作人员都很有礼貌。住过两次了，下次肯定还会住这里。

Pathetic stay! The service is really bad. They don't even provide water!! What kind of hotel is that? Isn't it basic amenities? It's fine if there's no bottled water but no water dispenser? Crazy! Even crazier is their disposable bathroom towels. It's almost paper. You also have to take a banged up service elevator to reach the 3rd floor. Would NEVER recommend this place. The only good thing is the location.

糟糕的住宿体验！服务简直糟糕透了。他们甚至连水都不提供！！这算什么酒店？难道连基本设施都没有吗？没有瓶装水，却没有饮水机，这还好吗？简直疯了！更糟糕的是他们的一次性卫生巾，几乎和纸一样。你还得坐破旧的服务电梯才能到三楼。绝对不会推荐这家酒店。唯一的优点就是位置好。

Basic room which was a little hard to find, with the entrance up a little side alley and up to third floor in a dirty lift used for construction. Staff at reception was fantastic and friendly. Despite being a non smoking room, the smell of smoke permeated through the air. Basic facilities such as a thin disposable towel and no separate shower area so water from it went all over the sink and toilet area.

基础房有点难找，入口要经过一条小巷，需要乘坐脏兮兮的电梯才能到达三楼，电梯当时正用于施工。前台工作人员热情友好，服务周到。虽然是无烟房，但空气中弥漫着烟味。房间设施简陋，比如一张薄薄的一次性毛巾，而且没有独立的淋浴区，所以水洒满了洗手池和马桶。
