维也纳酒店

Very spacious and clean. Impressed with the Sound activated lights and curtain controls. Lots of seating and small table available for work if needed. Like the shower a lot - spacious, clean and the floor is anti-slip rough surface. Supposed to be a food street within walking distance and I saw quite a number of eateries nearby. Close to 1/2 hr driving distance away from the Old Town. Wished I had more days in Chaozhou… Hope to be back here soon..

非常宽敞和干净。 声音激活的灯光和窗帘控制给我留下了深刻的印象。 如果需要的话，有很多座位和小桌子可供工作。 非常喜欢淋浴间——宽敞、干净，地板是防滑的粗糙表面。 本来应该是一条步行距离之内的美食街，我看到附近有很多餐馆。 距老城区近 1/2 小时车程。 真希望能在潮州多待几天…… 希望很快能回到这里..

房間大，我們三人住，多加1張床，還很寬敞。房間整潔，設施貼心，每天提供6支水，服務態度很好很友善。早餐一般。

The hotel is very good and clean. The front desk service is such a delight as they are cheerful and so ready to help each time I needed something. Breakfast is also very good. The service staffs are always friendly with a smile. The room and bed is very comfortable. It's my first choice for check-in when I come back again.

The hotel is very good and clean. The front desk service is especially cheerful and always ready to help. Breakfast is also very good. The room is comfortable. It's my first choice for check-in if I come around next time.

服務員出錯，錯誤將其他客人双床房間配給我，晚上又要求我將房間換回原本訂下大床房間。原因是服務員看錯住客英文姓名，沒有核對清楚，根本兩者住客姓名不同。

Stayed 3 nights at Vienna Chaozhou Square. Location is away from attractions but OK. Take a short taxi ride to major attractions.||Hotel layout is (could be) 5-star but dated and not to standard. Cleaniness is OK.||Front desk staff are excellent. They call taxi using their own phone and paid for you (And guest paid back when return. Because here, they call and pay with taxi APP). They also give you advice on taxi and tricycle pricing.||Buffet breakfast is OK. The baby oyster congee is excellent. Restaurant service is not to standard. Food labels are either missing or incorrect - they just put it on but don't care what the food item is. ||Renovation is required and so as better restaurant staff training and pay more attention on some details.

在维也纳潮州广场住了3晚。位置离景点有点远，但是还可以。乘坐出租车不远即可到达主要景点。||酒店布局（可能是）五星级，但过时且不符合标准。清洁度还可以。||前台工作人员很棒。他们用自己的电话叫出租车并为你付费（客人返回时还钱。因为在这里，他们用出租车APP打电话并付费）。他们还为您提供有关出租车和三轮车定价的建议。||自助早餐还可以。婴儿牡蛎粥很棒。餐厅服务不达标。食品标签要么缺失，要么不正确——他们只是贴上标签，并不关心食品是什么。 ||需要装修，以便对餐厅员工进行更好的培训，并在一些细节上多加注意。

We had a very gd experience with Vienna hotel. Staff at reception are very helpful and assisted us to arrange for 6 rooms on the same floor. We had deluxe room which is spacious and well kept room.||The window is double panel to reduce the noise from road traffic (there is still some traffic noise but at acceptable level). The chinese restaurant located inside the hotel served very delicious dishes and price is reasonable. Hotel is situated at an ideal location with night street food stalls right next to hotel and a good size shopping mall (with supermarket) within 10 to 15mins walk. ||The hotel provides free rental for wheelchair which can be used outside hotel premises. A very thoughtful arrangement that benefited my elderly parent. ||Making comparison with other hotels in chaozhou, Vienna's room size is one of the largest for those who doesn't want too small a room size. Additional bed is allowed for triple sharing.

我们在维也纳酒店度过了非常愉快的经历。接待处的工作人员非常乐于助人，帮我们安排了同一楼层的6间房间。我们住的是豪华房，房间宽敞且维护良好。||窗户是双层的，以减少道路交通的噪音（仍然有一些交通噪音，但在可接受的水平）。位于酒店内的中餐厅提供非常美味的菜肴，而且价格也很合理。酒店地理位置优越，毗邻夜间街头小吃摊，步行 10 至 15 分钟即可到达大型购物中心（带超市）。 ||酒店免费提供轮椅租赁服务，可在酒店外使用。这是一个非常周到的安排，让我年迈的父母受益匪浅。 ||与潮州其他酒店相比，维也纳的房间面积对于那些不想房间太小的人来说是最大的之一。三人共用可加床。
