潮州迎宾馆

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel for a business meeting. Third time to come back and is still almost the same. 1 hour away from Shantou Airport (nearest airport).||||Surrounding: Nice front yard, might be copied from the garden of Versailles in France. U.B.C. Coffee Shop is 5 minutes walk which is open 24 hours. Didn't get around much as our host was taking care of our itinerary.||||Hotel Amenities: It has a restaurant which is nice. This is located in the province and the price of the food was nice. Elevator works fine. They just renovated so the lobby is looks new. It has a business center.||Buffet breakfast has dimsum, fried noodles, some sandwiches, congee/poridge and bread. Hotel also has a boutique.||||Room: The bathroom is newly renovated but there is a note saying that Guangdong Tourist Authority has prohibited hotels from providing consumable bathroom supplies like toothbrush, toothpaste etc.. We had a twin bed room and one bed is hard while the other one is softer than the other. Best to tell the reception what you want.||Room has TV and free internet (using LAN cable).||It was spacious as well.||||Probably the best hotel in Chaozhou. A new 5-star hotel is about to open but I'm already satisfied with this hotel. Perfect already for a short stay for business given that this is a province.

参加商务会议在这家酒店住了两晚。第三次回来了，还是几乎一样。距汕头机场（最近的机场）1小时车程。||||环境：前院不错，仿法国凡尔赛花园。哥伦比亚大学步行 5 分钟即可到达 24 小时营业的咖啡店。没有四处走动，因为我们的主人正在安排我们的行程。||||酒店设施： 它有一家很好的餐厅。这位于省内，食物的价格很好。电梯运转良好。他们刚刚装修过，所以大堂看起来很新。有商务中心。||自助早餐有点心、炒面、一些三明治、粥/粥和面包。酒店还有精品店。||||房间：浴室是新装修的，但有说明说广东省旅游局禁止酒店提供牙刷牙膏等卫浴消耗品。我们住的是双床房和一间床很硬，而另一张床比另一张软。最好告诉前台你想要什么。||房间有电视和免费网络（使用LAN电缆）。||也很宽敞。||||可能是潮州最好的酒店。一家新的五星级酒店即将开业，但我对这家酒店已经很满意了。鉴于这是一个省，非常适合商务短期住宿。

We stayed 1 night in Dec 2013 as we were visiting nearby Shantou. The Chaozhou Guest Hotel was probably grand when first built (large lobby, beautiful staircase) but as typical of hotels here there is no maintenance and it is in dire need of refurbishment. It is very dated and smells stale. The hallways smell of stale smoke too. But probably because everyone in China smokes. However the room and bathroom are OK. It is spacious and the bed is comfortable. No wi-fi in room. Housekeeping and staff are very helpful. A word of caution, don't drink water from the mini bar unless you are prepared to pay RMB25 per bottle! Breakfast is included in the RMB300 a night but quality is poor. To top it off, I saw a rat running around in the restaurant. As mentioned by the previous reviewer, 4-5 star hotels in Chaozhou are virtually non-existent so this would be an OK hotel for an overnight stay.

2013 年 12 月，我们游览汕头附近时，在这里住了一晚。潮州宾馆刚建成时可能很宏伟（大厅很大，楼梯很漂亮），但作为这里典型的酒店，没有维护，急需翻新。它非常过时并且闻起来陈旧。走廊里也有一股陈旧的烟味。但可能是因为中国每个人都抽烟。不过房间和浴室都还可以。房间很宽敞，床很舒服。房间里没有无线网络。家政服务和工作人员都非常乐于助人。请注意，除非您准备支付每瓶 25 元人民币，否则不要喝迷你吧的水！ 300元一晚包含早餐，但质量很差。最糟糕的是，我看到一只老鼠在餐厅里跑来跑去。正如之前的评论者提到的，潮州几乎不存在 4-5 星级酒店，所以这对于过夜来说是一个不错的酒店。

位置在市中心地段，而且价格相对来说还是比较实惠的，距离潮州广场也比较近，一打开窗户就能看到，潮州广场也是比较漂亮的，然后就是酒店的服务态度各方面也都不错，所以我觉得酒店非常不错。当时我们需要服务员送日用品什么的，他马上就可以送过来，效率很快的，服务还是蛮好的。酒店的位置很好，刚好在市中心吗，交通也很方便啦。酒店的装修也算是可以，但是稍微欠缺点大气，而且酒店对本市旅游景点没有相关的资料说明，做的不是怎么好。

I first stayed at this hotel in 1998; very little has changed in the past 15 years. For a night or 2 it's perfectly OK. Hotel choices in Chaozhou are slim and there are no hotels that even flirt with a 5 star rating. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and started with just a few dishes (not knowing the sizes). When we tried to order more food we were told the kitchen had closed; it was not even 8:00.

各方面都好，反正不管哪方面都好，服务很体贴啊，比如服务员都会送早餐，品种口味都可以，自助餐。态度礼貌还可以，装修方面符合星级标准。住宿条件很好啊，都是落地窗有阳台的那种。那边靠近广场，有音乐喷泉，全部可以看得到。房间里面住宿条件舒适程度都好。卫生一流。设施配置一流，该有的都有，空间大概三四十平米。绿化方面满意，进去就很好，按摩吃饭等场所都有。环境印象深刻房间装修的很高档。位置很好，潮州的主干道车往很充足。和市政府背靠背，周围酒吧什么的都有。性价比可以。

他们酒店太老了,整个外围和各方面装修都比较老,比较陈旧一点。周围的交通不错,也是在潮州的中心地方。房间的隔音还可以,比较安静。服务员的办事效率还好,算是挺老练的了。如果是想省点钱的话就不要住迎宾馆,它潮州还有其它的,价格也没那么贵,治安好一点,相对安全一点。

潮州来过无数次，潮州酒店选择不是很多，比较好的就是潮州宾馆，潮州迎宾馆还有温泉酒店这三家。 潮州迎宾馆早期是当地政府接待宾馆，所以坐落于黄金地段，但是现在酒店整体老化。房间比较方正，卫生条件一般，酒店有宽带上网，床还是比较舒服的，因为迎宾馆独立一院，所以迎宾馆非常安静，睡眠质量还是颇高。价格偏高。酒店的服务人员服务态度一般，专业性还有待提高，酒店没有太多附属服务，例如租车、健身房、泳池等。酒店的餐饮一般，不建议在酒店内吃饭，酒店外面就是潮州闹市区，到处都与潮汕小吃，很不错

Spent 1 night in this hotel, state owned. Supposed to be one of the better in this far away town that in itself is not very nice and appealing.||The hotel is old fashioned and not very proper, many employees around but they do not sepak english.||||The rooms are not very special. Biggest problem was the bathroom, kind of dirty in all corners and more and not well cleaned. I heard I was lucky to have soap, often there is none in the shower.||Breakfast buffet is chinese style of raisonable quality, no western style food available, which was ok for me.||||Price for one night very cheap ||||There is a restaurant in one of the buildings of the hotel, supposedly it is not a good idea to go outside of the hotel premises for dinner.

在这家国有酒店住了一晚。应该是这个偏远小镇上最好的酒店之一，但它本身并不是很好，也不是很吸引人。||这家酒店很老式，不太合适，周围有很多员工，但他们不会说英语。||||房间都不是很特别。最大的问题是浴室，每个角落都有点脏，而且没有很好地清洁。听说很幸运有肥皂，淋浴间经常没有。||自助早餐是中式的，质量还可以，没有西餐，对我来说还可以。||||一晚的价格很便宜||||酒店的一栋建筑内有一家餐厅，据说在酒店外面吃晚餐并不是一个好主意。
