Pingxiang Yutian Hotel

Me quedé una noche en este hotel y fue una experiencia muy desagradable . Muchísimo olor a cigarrillo , luces quemadas , falta de limpieza . El wifi y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien . El personal de recepción fue muy amable y me ayudó en todo o que necesite . La zona es cómoda , tiene muchos locales de comida , súper y farmacias

我在这家酒店住了一晚，体验非常糟糕。房间里烟味很重，灯泡也坏了，而且卫生状况很差。不过，无线网络和空调倒是运转正常。 前台工作人员非常友好，帮我解决了所有问题。 酒店位置便利，附近有很多餐厅、超市和药店。

In short: disgusting rooms in a decrepit building, helpless staff.Long version: arrived after a long rainy day very tired. The room we were given (512) had the window open during the whole day of heavy rain so everything was wet, aside of that the window didn't close properly anyway. The bedding felt damp and the chair underneath the window was soaked. We asked for another room and were given the key to 412, same story there, water on the floor and everything wet because the window was left open during the rain. Asked again for a change of rooms and were told, we could cancel and book another room. Only when we said that if we cancelled, we would go elsewhere, we were given another room. The girl at reception explained via translator-app with a lot of faffing about how this was a free upgrade from the special priced room we had booked to a much better room (got 510). I'm not sure what was upgraded, maybe the mold levels or the size of cockroaches in the room? Or maybe the amount of piss stains on the toilet. Probably a combination of all that. Aside of that the room was maybe 5 square meters larger, that's all. At least the bed was dry and by now the free cancellation time frame was over. We stayed just because we desperately needed to sleep.The toilet in the room wasn't cleaned at all, neither was the bathroom, the windows were broken and even after the rain there was water dripping from the ceiling in two places, luckily not close to the bed. The room had two hairdryers, both of them are broken, just like most other installations in the room.We're backpackers and normally really not too worried about the quality of rooms if it's just for one night, but this place is with a distance the worst we stayed at in the whole of Asia.Funny thing is, when we checked out the next day the doors on the other side of the hallway were open and the rooms there looked freshly renovated. They were the same size and amenities, so they could have just as well put us into one of those instead of the mold farm they bunked us up on. Exceptionally poor service. Never again.

简而言之：破败的建筑里，房间脏乱不堪，工作人员也束手无策。详细来说：我们下雨天后筋疲力尽地抵达酒店。我们被安排入住的房间（512）在整天暴雨中窗户都开着，导致房间里所有东西都湿透了，而且窗户本身也关不严。床单摸起来潮湿，窗户下的椅子也湿透了。我们要求换房，结果拿到了412的钥匙，情况依旧，地板上都是水，所有东西都湿漉漉的，因为下雨天窗户一直开着。我们再次要求换房，被告知可以取消预订并重新预订。直到我们表示如果取消预订我们会去别的地方，他们才给我们安排了另一间房间。前台的女孩用翻译软件费尽口舌地解释说，这是我们预订的特价房免费升级到更好的房间（510）。我不知道到底升级了什么，也许是房间里的霉菌更少了，蟑螂更大了？又或许是马桶上的尿渍更多了？可能是以上所有因素综合造成的。除此之外，房间大概只大了5平方米，仅此而已。至少床是干的，而且免费取消的期限也过了。我们留下来只是因为实在太需要睡觉了。房间里的厕所和浴室都没打扫，窗户也破了，即使下过雨，天花板上还有两处漏水，幸好离床不远。房间里有两个吹风机，都坏了，就像房间里其他大部分设施一样。我们是背包客，通常如果只住一晚的话，不太在意房间的质量，但这家绝对是我们在整个亚洲住过的最差的。更搞笑的是，第二天我们退房的时候，走廊另一边的门都开着，那边的房间看起来像是刚装修过一样。房间大小和设施都一样，他们完全可以把我们安排到那边的房间，而不是让我们住进这个发霉的“温室”。服务差到极点。绝不再犯。

We had a great night in this hotel. The staff is very helpful, the room is large, clean and relatively quiet. The bed is confortable. With the discount price we had through the app, it was for sure a very good deal. I would recommend any traveller passing by Pingxiang to stay in this hotel!

我们在这家酒店度过了一个美好的夜晚。员工非常热情周到，房间宽敞、干净且相对安静。床也很舒服。通过应用程序预订享受了折扣价，这绝对是一笔非常划算的交易。我强烈推荐所有路过萍乡的旅客入住这家酒店！

Nice and clean room, we enjoyed our stay there! It was very easy to store our bicycles in the lobby, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but will do their best to help you anyway.

房间干净整洁，我们住得很愉快！在大堂存放自行车非常方便，工作人员也很友好热情。虽然他们不会说英语，但还是会尽力提供帮助。
