酒店非常靠近桂林萬象城，位置非常好，前台員工禮貌親切，酒店保潔人員也把房間打理得很乾淨，這次入住體驗非常滿意。

The hotel room smelled like smoke even though I booked a non-smoking room. I told the staff and I moved room twice. The last room smelled the least of smoke, but there was still a distinctSmoke smell nonetheless. The last time I switched rooms, a man from security followed me up to get my luggage and was clearly annoyed. He wasn’t able to communicate with me either, even though I asked him to use a translator. They also didn’t understand my point when I asked why there was an ashtray in a supposedly non-smoking room. It makes me think that they’re falsely advertising non-smoking rooms. Would not stay here again.

尽管我预订的是无烟房，但酒店房间闻起来有烟味。我告诉了工作人员，并换了两次房间。最后一个房间的烟味最少，但仍然有明显的烟味。上次我换房间时，一名保安人员跟着我去拿行李，显然很生气。他也无法与我沟通，尽管我请他使用翻译。当我问为什么在所谓的无烟房间里放烟灰缸时，他们也不理解我的意思。这让我觉得他们在虚假宣传无烟房。不会再住在这里了。
