Life Yuezhuang Hotel

Beautiful place, but rather deep in the farmlands. It takes some time to get to the city, but the Ludi Caves are nearby, sightseeing-wise. The hotel rooms are named, rather than numbered, and it sits within the famous karst landscapes of Guilin! You can get up to the glass roof to take pictures of the surroundings, but PLEASE BE CAREFUL as there are NO BARRIERS preventing an accidental 3-storey fall to the ground!||the rooms are nice and spacious, and room service takes care of everything. Breakfast in the backyard area looking out into the hills is a great experience.

这里风景优美，但位置比较偏僻，位于农田深处。去市区需要花些时间，不过鲁地石窟就在附近，值得一游。酒店房间没有编号，而是用名字命名，酒店就坐落在桂林著名的喀斯特地貌之中！您可以登上玻璃屋顶拍照，但请务必小心，因为没有任何防护措施，万一从三层楼高的地方摔下来怎么办！房间宽敞舒适，客房服务也很周到。在后院享用早餐，眺望远处的山峦，绝对是一次难忘的体验。

This is a must stay place if you visit Guilin.||Location: it’s only 10min cab ride from city center (about RMB20/USD3). The guesthouse is situated within a farming village and you will be surrounded by rice field and mountains!||Staff: they are awesome, owners welcomed you at train station and they take care of you throughout your stay. Owner enjoys spending time with his guest and during my stay he organized Chinese style bbq for all guests. It was great time to get to know other travelers from around the world over food and beer!||Rooms: clean, new, spacious and with natural light. Water pressure was good for shower.||Amenities: the place looks like all the photos - swimming pool, reading area, communal kitchen, theatre room, roof top area, backyard - everything you ever need for a vacation!||Tour: if you want to hire a car and driver to take you around Guilin and Yangshu, the staff can always organize one for you. Mr Lau was extremely nice and took care of my trip to Yangshu!||

This hotel is about 20 minutes outside of the city center, so isn’t very convenient. The rooms were nice. The hotel doesn’t provide cleaning service. It was extremely loud. I was on the second floor and could hear everything happening in the lobby as well as guests outside. Bring ear plugs, or ask to stay on a higher floor.

这家酒店距离市中心大约20分钟车程，所以不太方便。房间还不错。酒店不提供清洁服务。而且非常吵闹。我住在二楼，能听到大堂里的一切动静，也能听到外面客人的声音。建议自带耳塞，或者要求换到更高楼层。
