维也纳酒店桂林象山公园店

酒店地理位置优越，去步行街，去景区都很近，有停车场，酒店6楼的咖啡厅景观非常不错！可以远观漓江和象山公园，我住的是酒店露台景观房，可以观日月双塔。酒店服务人员总体热情，有礼貌！房间设施中规中矩，早餐品种不多，但菜品还算新鲜，但和国际五星级酒店还是有差距，很遗憾没有在酒店西餐厅用正餐。该说说酒店不足之处：1.房间景观露台有污水管长流，严重影响入住体验！2.卫生淋浴间没有放洗面奶平台，入住体验感与国际五星级酒店差距不小。3.此价格房间没有享受入住欢迎水果，希望酒店方能考虑对高级房间客人增加入住欢迎水果。希望酒店管理层能重视自身酒店硬件设施的不足，能合理改进为今后入住客人营造一个愉快的体验感受，这是个竞争的时代，不进则退！

酒店位置方便、附近很多景點，午夜外出也很熱鬧、安全，設備新淨度一般、房間有免費罐裝飲料，房間清潔度勉強可以接受、房內面積算寬敞，空調只可以調節大小風，不可以調冷、暖氣，我入住時為冬天只可以跟中央設定為暖氣，不可以調冷氣，幸好室內有一扇窗可以打開，而且附有蚊網。早餐環境很好，室內室外任君選擇，但食物普通

在象山公園旁地點超優, 咖啡廳可遠眺桂林市區. 房間內設備完善, 1樓有旅遊咨詢, 地下室有按摩. 訂房時說明要非吸煙室, 但第一晚入住時房間內有菸味, 也找不著室內拖鞋. 這是惟一缺陷.

冲着ta家可以观景的六楼餐厅而来。单纯就食物而言，就是十几年前台式咖啡馆，诸如上岛咖啡那一类的出品水准，真的蛮过时了。服务不错，工作人员都是年轻的男孩子，被邻桌的几个女子搭讪要微信，会知道拒绝，还算正规。露台可以看到象山和日月双塔，感觉并没有多美！

象山公園店维也纳酒店，在杉湖旁，一邊面向杉湖、一邊面向灕江，與象山近在咫尺。|酒店集團的模式经营，裝修格局及外觀大概一致，四層高的楼房，不可能望至遠景。

4 stars for the good location, which is right next to the sun moon lake and within walking distance to the food and walking street 15mins stroll. We stayed in the family room 4th level with views of the sun moon pavillons and across the lake. Looks wonderful at night when the lighted up. ||||A night cost 706rmb at low season rates with 4 daily breakfast. Breakfast buffet is decent at the 6th floor café, seeing the same views of the surrounding lake.||||Room is spacious, 1 king size bed and 2 twin beds. Sheets are clean and beds are comfortable. 6 free drinks in the minibar provided daily. Tiny wardrobe just for hanging 2 pax clothes. Wifi signal is weak. Though we opted for non smoking room, the floors are not, so smoke still lingers from the lobby and neighbor rooms which is common in China ||||Bathroom is poorly designed. It's winter and the flooring is solid cold, bathroom window can't be shut completely. A large walking space at basin area which is useless, only 1 tiny hanging bar barely enough for hanging 2 person's towels (totally no space to hang clothes), they must have forgotten this is a family room. Small shower area and toilet cubicle. Water pressure is good though.||||There's a tour agent desk in the hotel lobby. Though we didn't use them, we checked out the rates which is comparable to others outside. Convenient one stop for everything if you like to join the package day trips. We ended our day at the massage palor at the hotel basement, decent place and reasonable price 90rmb for 60 mins foot massage and hotel guests are entitled additional 12% voucher (ask the hotel front desk for it)

4星是因为位置好，就在日月潭旁边，步行15分钟就能到达美食和步行街。我们住在四楼的家庭房，可以看到日月亭和湖对岸的景色。晚上亮起来的时候看起来很棒。 ||||淡季价格一晚706元，含每日4份早餐。六楼咖啡厅的自助早餐很不错，可以看到周围湖泊的相同景色。||||房间很宽敞，配备 1 张特大号床和 2 张单人床。床单很干净，床很舒服。迷你吧每天提供 6 种免费饮品。小小的衣柜只能挂 2 人的衣服。无线网络信号很弱。虽然我们选择了无烟房，但楼层不是，所以大堂和邻居房间里仍然弥漫着烟雾，这在中国很常见||||浴室设计得很差。现在是冬天，地板很冷，浴室的窗户无法完全关闭。盆地区域有一个很大的步行空间，但没什么用，只有一个小挂杆勉强够挂 2 个人的毛巾（完全没有空间挂衣服），他们一定忘记了这是一个家庭房。淋浴区和卫生间较小。不过水压很好。||||酒店大堂设有旅游代理服务台。虽然我们没有使用它们，但我们检查了与外面其他地方的价格相当的价格。如果您想参加一日游套餐，那么这里可以为您提供便利的一站式服务。我们在酒店地下室的按摩店结束了我们的一天，地方不错，价格合理，60分钟足部按摩90元，酒店客人有权额外获得12%的代金券（向酒店前台索要）

This hotel is ideally situated across from Xiangshan Park and next to the Sun and Moon Pagoda. Both are minutes away walking. You can enjoy both views from its 6th floor restaurant. The hotel is very clean, which is our most important requirement. Breakfast is included, plus some non-alcoholic beverages in the room. Breakfast consists of mostly Chinese type of food, including the famous Guilin rice noodles. To relax, we spent $19USD each for a 90-minute massage next door in a very clean and serene environment.||The staff speaks little English, which might be a drawback. But, the cost and location are definitely a big plus.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of town next to the Sun & Moon Pagodas and local shopping districts.||The rooms are very well laid out with great bathrooms. The buffet breakfast has options for all tastes and being able to eat breakfast out on the balcony is a great option with views of the river and the Sun & Moon Pagodas.||The only downside is the lack of desire to communicate in English (even with WeChat or translation apps). Our booking was made through Hotels.com and despite having confirmation emails, they were not being accepted and we were told we didn't have a booking (despite it all being paid in advance). Thankfully I had a Chinese friend with us so he was able to translate for us - after much discussion (about 30 minutes), it was all sorted.
