Despite the 4 star title, I don’t think it serves like a 4 star hotel. Why? Firstly, there’s a lot of faulty stuff. Such as the lock, the peep hole, the light and even the toilet bowl. Bed was hard like a rock, pillow is too thin, woke up with back and shoulder pain the next day. Regarding the staff? Not everyone is well converse in English. Had to help out to be a translator to another foreign traveller to speed up the enquiry process as I was waiting for my turn to be assisted. Why I gave a one star to the service? It’s not because they don’t speak English but then I met an issue with the washing machine and drier machine they have on my room floor. In order to use the service, I have to scan the QR code which will lead me to their most used Socmed app which is WeChat. However I don’t have WeChat hence that complicates matter and I had to ask for the staff to help me out with it, by asking them to pay first and I pay them back via cash. However, when the staff arrived. One man and one woman. The woman don’t seem to know how to help and that’s totally fine. The guy literally stood there and showed all kinds of reluctance in helping. Then, my partner asked if there is anyone that can help us or who knows how the drier works as it is part of their facility. But they didn’t even try to help. Mind you, there wasn’t even a language barrier. We are both well conversed in mandarin. Hence, very bad service, especially from that one guy worker who looks like a technician. Breakfast was so so but don’t be shocked to see cockroaches roaming around the table and sticky table and cutleries.

Es un hotel regular. Para desayunar los orientales y los occidentales van por separado y hay poco para desayunar

Toilet was not very clean, breakfast was not nice… view from the window was not nice too
