I highly recommend this place. Hotel owner May was really helpful. She speaks good english and helped carrying our luggage in staircases from parking lot. Room is spacious and clean. She cooked a fresh and yummy dinner for us. One of the best bamboo shoots we ever had.Also she helped us with booking a bus back to Guilin and we had a nice stay there.

The Longji Holiday Hotel is located right in the center of Ping'an Village which is located right in the center of the Longji Rice Terraces. The hotel is nice with a pleasant lobby and reception. ||||Our 4th floor 'panoramic' room, labelled F/C 1, was up 4 stories of stairs (after a 20 minute climb from the parking lot); a pleasant large room with 'queen' bed. It's actually much bigger, maybe two doubles pushed together but seems seamless. The room also has 2 night tables, desk, chair, luggage rack (the last 3 made of beautiful heavy wood), a closet, and flat screen TV. There is a kettle but no coffee or tea. The lighting is pretty good and the wifi works very well. The rooms' window is disappointingly small but a door leads to the covered balcony with a table and chairs where the view is. For a room labelled panoramic the view is actually not all that good - really just of other buildings in the village (some old, some not) with a small section of rice terrace in the background). ||||The bathroom is large and functional. There are a few toiletries and bath and hand towels. The heater works but kept kicking off which was quite annoying. That said, the duvet was good quality and we kept warm all night (early March). The village was quiet after 10pm and around 5:30am the roosters start crowing in a continuous round robin fashion. Construction noise starts at 7:30 all around the village. Beside this room is a large outdoor common deck with the same view. ||||We had the large Western breakfast for 40 Yuan pp which is expensive but was very good and filling, made with fresh ingredients and served with real coffee. ||||Nothing wrong with this hotel but I might find something with a better view if I returned.

We were the only guests it was dead season and raining hard, in the morning the fog cleared up and the beautiful rice terrace valley unfolded before our eyes ! Make sure you get a room on top floor facing valley for best view ! Newly refurbished

Reaching the hotel by feet local people helped us with our luggage for acceptable obolus. Location in the heart of the village was great with easy access to the surrounding field terraces. The hotel was an oasis in the middle of many unfinished or unmaintained houses. The room was big pleasant surprise because of new modern but stylish furnishing. Terrace with outstanding outlook just in front of the room on the top floor was bonus. Hotel owners provided complete service for us including transport from the airport and transport to our next location. Of course service was costly but made our trip smooth and easy so we could enjoy the scenery around fully.

20-30 mins walk from the visitors entrance. The villagers will offer to carry your luggage to the hotel with 50yuan per trip. The room is very big with balcony, u will get the rice terraces view and neighbouring hotels . The bathroom hot water take time to heat up in the winter. We had our lunch and dinner at the hotel with good taste. I recommended the bamboo rice. This is a family run hotel, the owners were very friendly and helpful

Had a lovely stay here. We had a large and comfortable room on the top floor overlooking the rice terraces. The family owning the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the food was very tasty. We had a tasting of the different wines, so we could decide which ones to buy. They arranged transfers from Guilan and to nearby rice terraces.

We booked a room with a view (which I really recommend, because the view from this hotel is beautiful). The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was large and clean too. The staff was really helpful, we planned a walk from Pin'an to Tian'tou village and the staff help us to know how to go there.||||We ate for dinner Chicken in bamboo, which is very good and ate a breakfast at the hotel too (but it was okay).

We chose this hotel as we could use a renown Chinese site to book it and it was reasonably priced. It's a nice hotel and reasonably clean and well maintained, Rooms are spacious enough.||||We had a top floor room which afforded a view of the village and down the valley. It's also central to the village.||||Decent breakfast. ||||Nothing outstanding but it was good.||||Construction of other building may block the view from this hotel
