The staff working there is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Guilin, they make good suggestions and help us with planning the day and much much more At certain point it makes me feel like the are my old friends who know each other for a long time The room are comfortable and clean I wound say better than I expected with what I paid, I tried their food which was super good and cheaper than many fast food chain stores For the location I choose a lake side hotel which was little far away from the tourist area That’s exactly what I need so I give a 5 star Overall everything meets 5 star standard and I wound says the staff are 5++ starts if there is such rating
