Best locations. Easy access from every where and subway stations. Near library and night market. Best services. Comfortable and clean rooms. Everything was well organized. Complete amenities in the room. Very good breakfast with many variations of foods. Recommended for all families.

Central to the Urumqi district. East to get around. Room not very modern but clean. Spacious.

The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning.Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming.As a result, I am going to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for all both families, business and tourists.A huge thank you to Mr Mabaoming. 老字號品牌，地點很好，對面就溫州美食區吃的很多，打車叫車也方便，早餐品項簡單了一些。房間大，清潔乾淨，唯一的缺點中央空調無法控制，晚上會過於悶熱

We had a wonderful stay st the Universal. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple of them spoke English too. The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool after a long day of travelling. The hotel is very close (just around the corner) to the subway line which is convenient to visit for example the Grand Bazaar. Too bad we only booked one night, we would have gladly spent more nights with them.

我们在环球影城度过了愉快的时光。前台工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。他们中的几个人也会说英语。房间宽敞干净。经过一整天的旅行后，我们很享受游泳池。酒店距离地铁线非常近（就在拐角处），方便游览大巴扎等地。可惜我们只预订了一晚，我们很乐意与他们一起度过更多的夜晚。

酒店一進大堂感覺壯麗氣派，房間佈置也現代化，感謝前台免費升級房型，早餐種類豐富味道也不錯。因為地理位置選擇環球放棄了傳統國際五星，但也能感受到環球和國際品牌的差距，尤其是工作人員的軟實力和專業度，入住第一晚遇到很不愉快的事件但跟隨的夜班大堂經理全程沉默無任何協助

來烏市選擇這家酒店沒錯的。大堂經理和工作人員都非常熱情和專業。給出很多遊玩建議。奈斯！值得推薦！有一點這家酒店旁邊就是地鐵🚇去大巴扎直接到非常方便！

This hotel is now known as Universal International Hotel, or U-Hotel. The twin-room that we got was spacious with a bathtub and large bathroom. The lighting was good and there were ample facilities. Contrary to my expectations, there was a BBC channel. Breakfast was good too. There were plenty of choices (for Asians) and the restaurant was pretty amazing. Loved the warm soya milk and croissants.||||The only gripe I have was the security check and scanner placed at the hotel entrance. Be prepared to pass through the checks each time you enter the hotel. Security checks seem to be common everywhere in Xinjiang.

这家酒店现在被称为环球国际酒店或U-酒店。我们住的双床房很宽敞，有浴缸和大浴室。灯光很好，设施也很充足。出乎我的意料，居然有一个 BBC 频道。早餐也不错。有很多选择（对于亚洲人来说），餐厅非常棒。喜欢热豆浆和羊角面包。||||我唯一的抱怨是酒店入口处放置的安全检查和扫描仪。每次进入酒店时请做好接受检查的准备。安检似乎在新疆随处可见。
