I am utterly appalled by the deceitful practices of this establishment. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is truly a disgrace. I strongly advise anyone considering patronizing this establishment to think twice. To add insult to injury, the air conditioning system has been malfunctioning for an extended period, yet the receptionist had the audacity to claim that repairs were underway. I visited on September 24, 2024, and discovered that another guest had reported the same issue just five days prior. It is utterly unacceptable that the management chose to conceal this critical information from prospective guests. This lack of transparency is a clear indication of their dishonesty. We were forced to endure the sweltering heat of a 32-degree Celsius room, relying solely on a pathetically small standing fan that was barely larger than my palm. The stench of mold or some other unidentified odor permeated the air, adding to our discomfort. To top it off, the television screen was coated in a layer of dust. I trust this provides a sufficient glimpse into the state of cleanliness within this establishment.

Terrible hotel with room temperature at 29C whole night. Sweating & discomfort. Its kinda super hot. Made complaint to reception & was told that the Mgmt knew about that but “ NOTHING ” been done! The toilet smell stink. Not recommended at all!!
