Mercure Hotel Turpan Downtown

Service was fantastic! They were extra caring because we had a young child. Offered us extra bottles of water because it was so hot during our stay. Staff was very friendly (except for the restaurant staff). Breakfast although we had to pay for it had a great selection of Chinese food and was pretty good. Gym was decent. Best was the free laundry you can do. Super convenient because it was so hot you literally have to change your clothes throughout the day and with the desert activities it was nice if you didn’t bring enough clothes to wear. There’s a nice little area to walk around right near the hotel.

服务很棒！他们特别关心我们，因为我们有一个年幼的孩子。为我们提供了额外的瓶装水，因为我们住宿期间天气太热了。工作人员非常友好（餐厅工作人员除外）。早餐虽然我们要付费，但有很多中餐可供选择，而且相当不错。健身房很不错。最好的是你可以免费洗衣服。超级方便，因为天气太热了，你实际上必须整天换衣服，而且在沙漠活动中，如果你没有带足够的衣服穿，那也很好。酒店附近有一个不错的小区域可以散步。

一家四口兩間標準房，房內有保濕機令人驚喜。連Rose及Alisa在內所有客服都很好很專業，我們是南方人不慣吃辣，餐廳按我們的要求所有食物都不辣，十分感謝。酒店有免費自助洗衣連洗衣液等。退房是有小禮品，十分貼心，這是一個非常好的住宿體驗。

Fantastic service. Great breakfast with a wide range of Asian and some Western choices. Rooms were clean and well-decorated. The location is on the same block as the Turpan Museum and close to restaurants. Be aware that the air conditioning does not cool the room (at least in April) and only blows hot air. This can make sleeping a bit uncomfortable so I suggest you ask for a fan.

很棒的服务。早餐很棒，有多种亚洲菜和一些西餐可供选择。房间很干净而且装饰精美。位置与吐鲁番博物馆在同一个街区，靠近餐馆。请注意，空调不会使房间凉爽（至少在四月），只会吹热风。这会让睡觉有点不舒服，所以我建议你要一个风扇。

（1）地點：在市區內，從吐魯番北站過來要搭出租車，選這個地點是因為離博物館很近，第二天早上走路去博物館很方便。酒店附近也有許多吃的，還有一條烤肉街。（2）酒店的裝潢佈置很不錯，設施齊全、有健身房、免費自助洗衣房、餐廳等。（3）房間寬敞，非常乾淨衛生、設備齊全，床也很好睡。（4）前台服務人員態度很專業友善。（5）早餐種類繁多，品質很好，非常滿意。（6）這次旅遊住了兩家美居酒店，對酒店的設備、服務、乾淨程度都非常滿意，強烈推薦。

5月18號自駕出遊以來，還是第一次沒給5分。入住辦手續，問前臺了兩次（兩服務員）：房間朝向怎麼樣？可是得不到回應。看攜程裡酒店的自我介紹，說是在湖邊，就算不給我湖景房，也不至於讓我看著那堵牆吧？平心而論，酒店的硬件還是挺好的，雖然房間很小，但是床品挺舒适衛生，餐廳服務員以及樓層清潔阿姨都是滿面笑容，退房時前臺服務員還送了一包葡萄乾。可這都無法抵消那堵牆，把我的心給堵住的陰影，以至於到烏魯木齊時，我情願選擇價錢高一點點的五星級酒店，也沒有再選擇美居。

酒店就在吐魯番博物館附近，步行十分鐘就到很方便。房間大、干淨、浴室與厠所有分隔，是在新疆住得比較好的酒店。

As at August 2022, there is daily mucelic acid testing in the park next to the hotel, from 08:20-11:00. Using the Xinjiang health code, I was able to get tested there (as a foreigner) and the results showed up on the app. So, I didn't need to go into a hospital. The hotel is also a short walk away from the museum and a main street with a lot of restaurants that seemed to be popular. Taxis regularly passed in front of the hotel (Didi took a while, in my experience).My room was wide and bright, including the toilet and shower. In fact, the entire hotel feels wide - the lobby, breakfast room, the carpark.The staff were all helpful, even with my poor Chinese and their limited English.The breakfast selection was fair, and everyone seemed to enjoy the food.

截至 2022 年 8 月，酒店旁边的公园每天 08:20-11:00 进行粘液酸检测。使用新疆健康码，我（作为外国人）在那里接受了检测，结果显示在应用程序上。所以，我不需要去医院。 酒店距离博物馆和一条主要街道也只有很短的步行路程，那里有很多似乎很受欢迎的餐厅。出租车经常在酒店门口经过（根据我的经验，滴滴花了一段时间）。我的房间宽敞明亮，包括厕所和淋浴。事实上，整个酒店给人的感觉很宽广——大堂、早餐室、停车场。工作人员都很乐于助人，尽管我的中文很差，英语也很有限。早餐的选择很不错，每个人似乎都很喜欢这里的食物。
