地點在學校門外，但是飯店內部可以吸菸品質很差，相同價格我能住紫金港pagoda君亭酒店。 早餐除了炒青菜、沙拉跟水果以外都不太行，肉品與海鮮不新鮮。飯店內部房間居然沒冰箱，而且沒有更新萬用插頭，只能插手機充電頭。

The hotel offers decent facilities and service. It's conveniently located near the door entrance of Zhejiang University. Although there aren’t many shops nearby, food delivery is easy and reliable. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for accommodation close to Zhejiang University.

这家酒店设施和服务都不错，地理位置优越，靠近浙江大学校门口。虽然附近商店不多，但外卖方便可靠。总的来说，如果您想在浙江大学附近找个住处，这家酒店是个不错的选择。

Right opposite of the hotel is the zhejiang univeristy north gate entrance. Hotel's room is very spacious with good hot shower facilities. Maybe can consider providing a in room fridge for more conveniences. Hotel is able to accommodate international guests (please note that not all hotel rooms in china is able to accommodate international guests). Good variety of breakfasts. There is even a starbucks in the hotel lobby, that's really great. Great stay, will definitely come again.

酒店正对面就是浙江大学北门。房间非常宽敞，热水淋浴设施也很棒。如果能提供房内冰箱就更好了。酒店可以接待国际客人（请注意，并非中国所有酒店都能接待国际客人）。早餐种类丰富。酒店大堂里甚至还有一家星巴克，真是太棒了。入住体验很棒，下次一定还会再来。

We spent 1 night as part of our tour package on April 12. The hotel and rooms were very nice, clean and modern. We (party of 8) had a private room for dinner. They served us a authentic Chinese dinner which was wonderful. Recommendations are anywhere in China when ordering a beer, make sure you ask for a cold one. People in China like warm beer. Also not many choices for soda, either Coke or Sprite. I was afraid to ask for diet...lol. Breakfast was also good. There were a lot of variety of western and Asian food.

4月12日，我们参加了旅行团，在酒店住了一晚。酒店和房间都很棒，干净又现代化。我们一行八人订了一间包间吃晚餐，晚餐是正宗的中式菜肴，非常美味。在中国，点啤酒的时候一定要点冰镇的，因为中国人喜欢喝温啤酒。另外，汽水的选择也不多，只有可乐和雪碧。我都不敢点无糖的……哈哈。早餐也很不错，种类丰富，既有西式也有亚洲风味。

The facility is very new, but service poor. Building is lovely with large rooms (and hallways). Atrium is very large. At check-in, no one at the desk spoke English. There was construction debris in the hallway on our floor, along with dust in the room. Breakfast was called international, but was very Chinese (OK if that is your goal) with no cold milk for cereal, few Western food items, etc. Dinner was good, but a little expensive. Biggest problem: the breakfast area was overwhelmed on several days when all the tours ate at the same time (dishes on tables everywhere, no seating for 15-20 minutes, some food low or gone). View on one side is highway; on the other, construction.

这家酒店很新，但服务很差。建筑很漂亮，房间（和走廊）都很大。中庭也很大。办理入住时，前台没有人会说英语。我们楼层的走廊里有建筑垃圾，房间里也有灰尘。早餐号称是国际早餐，但其实很中式（如果你就是冲着这个来的，那也行），没有冷牛奶泡麦片，西式食物也很少等等。晚餐不错，但有点贵。最大的问题是：有好几天所有旅行团都同时来吃早餐，导致早餐区人满为患（桌子上到处都是盘子，15-20分钟都没有座位，有些食物已经吃完了或者没了）。一边是高速公路，另一边是建筑工地。

I stayed at this hotel for a night when I was in Hangzhou. Generally, the rooms are clean, with a few stains on the walls. The bedsheets are clean, the television is usable (you can watch movies on it for free). However, the WiFi was a bit of an issue for me as in order to access the WiFi, the television switch must be switched on first. You then need to connect to the WiFi network that has an SSID of your room number, and not another one which has an SSID that also contains your room number and some other letters. The toilet is clean, but for me, my toilet bowl seat and cover were misaligned. There are complimentary toothbrushes, packets of toothpaste and other dental accessories in a box on the sink. In the shower area, there is a tiled area where you stand on when you shower, and the outside, untiled area is where the water will go to flow into the drain. Outside the hotel, the scenery is generally not pleasant to see, as it was, for me, a construction site and a road in the background. The service by the hotel staff is generally good. They are generally willing to help you; but don't be surprised if they make mean comments in your presence. The restaurant at the first level serves a variety of Western food, like chicken nuggets, French fries, sausages and other staple foods like noodles and rice. Foods like omelettes are cooked when there is a demand for them. There is also bread available.

Near Zhejiang University. Convenient location if you are going to the university. The room is big. Breakfast the same every morning.
