The location of the bed and breakfast place is perfect – in the middle of the green lush area west of West Lake. Very close to famous and beautiful Lingyin Temple and the cable car to Beigaofeng viewing platform where you have a fantastic view of West Lake and the city. It is also not far to Longjing Village with its tea plantations. A good place for walking and hiking, too.||||When you arrive by car, though, make sure you contact Tina first. She speaks very good English. It is a little tricky to find a parking spot, since the whole area is gated and you need a parking permit to park there. ||||The room was very comfortable and new. We appreciated the modern and good appliances in the bathroom. Breakfast is Chinese and very good and hearty. You will not leave hungry. ||||But what we liked best, was host Tina’s hospitality. She was very accommodating and made us feel at home at once. She even helped us carry our luggage to the car that was parked a little distance away! Thank you, Tina, we really appreciate your kindness!

Clean & beautiful rooms, especially the ones at roof top that comes with a breathtaking mountain range view & bathtub.||Very peaceful & relax courtyard surrounded with beautiful plants & flowers.||The owner name Ms Tina who is english speaking runs the Guest house, she is extremely friendly & helpful. ||Great Location that has public bus No.7 that easily access to West Lake & the City area. Very close to LingYin Temple & a cable car station that goes up to a mountain temple with panoramic view of the entire lake.||Many good restaurants & 2 Starbucks nearby.

房间干净漂亮，尤其是顶楼的房间，可以欣赏到令人叹为观止的山脉美景，还配有浴缸。||庭院宁静祥和，绿植鲜花环绕，令人心旷神怡。||民宿主人蒂娜女士会说英语，她非常友好热情，乐于助人。||地理位置优越，7路公交车可轻松前往西湖和市区。距离灵隐寺和缆车站也很近，缆车可直达山顶寺庙，俯瞰整个西湖全景。||附近有很多不错的餐厅和两家星巴克。

Stayed here many times. New owners, but very friendly and helpful. Super location.

Stayed here many times, it seems there is a new owner. But equally as friendly and helpful. Love this place.
