东南大学文园宾馆

东大自己的宾馆，经济型的，更高档的是榴园。里面房间比较小一点，设施也比较旧，不过还是能够接受得了。通风和采光都还可以，而且离东南大学主校园很近，进去散散步什么的都很好的感觉。床有点儿硬，睡觉没有最佳的感觉。前台服务人员态度不错，不过也只能给我加了一床薄被子垫着，其他没有什么太好的办法，只能寄希望以后能换床垫了。

东南大学自有宾馆，校内人士以及前来参加活动的人士可以有折扣价，但是性价比一般。2010年装修过一次设备还算新。地理位置很好，靠近玄武湖、鸡鸣寺，离总统府也不太远。

东南大学自己的宾馆，离大学非常近。环境不错性价比适中，还可以去大学校园坐坐，也可以去食堂吃饭比外面便宜不少。宾馆名字很雅气，服务员也很耐心

东南大学文园宾馆不远处就有公交站点，交通较为便捷，不过缺点也同样明显，如果入住街道一侧的房间，噪音不小，睡眠质量无法保证。|卫生，服务方面还行啦

I stayed there for a week for a business trip to Nanjing. The hotel is managed by the Southeast University and seems more safe. The room is a bit old, but acceptable. An independent wifi router is provided in each room that I enjoyed high speed internet service. ||||The hotel is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Nanjing 1912 nightlife district is only 15 minutes walk away from the hotel. Many bus routes are available even though the hotel is far from metro station.

The hotel is a good option, given the price. ||Good Points: ||Locality is good. It is in the centre of Nanjing, not far away from tourist sites in city centre. It is about 3-stop bus ride from metro station.||Staff are helpful. Staff are willing to help guest. Not too sure whether they speak English.||Food is cheap. As a hotel affiliated to Southeast University, guest may use the student canteen of the university for lunch and dinner, which is a good option. The price is cheap and the food is not bad.||||Bad Points:||Mattress is too hard. ||Limited time for lunch and dinner should you wish to use unversity canteen. The lunch and dinner are normally available for only 1.5 hours repectively. There is no decent restaurants nearby except for university canteens. ||||Other comments:||Guests are advised by the hotel to deposit their valuable belongings at front desk when leaving rooms, for the safety of the belongings. Otherwise the local police will not step in should belongs are stolen. It sounds a bit bizarre, but OK for me.

Yes the rooms are small and mine smelt of smoke but the location of this hotel at the cost can't be beaten. I requested it because last time I came to Nanjing I was lucky enough to taste their rose tea ($10 a pot) and have been trying to recreate it ever since. It is so close to a large shopping area (about 500 metres down to the left) and to the nearby park and shopping area but it still is part of a real neighbourhood with lots of people running and walking in the university grounds the hotel sits in. Very secure - the lift only works with room cards - a reasonable selection for breakfast and you can ususally find someone who speaks English. A good option if you actually want to feel you are in China and not in some clone from the US.
