枫华丽致酒店

This hotel was chosen for me by one of our company's suppliers. Overall impression is quite good. The room was the cheapest of al the rooms in the hotel but it was still better than those of chain hotels. Everything was clean, all required room facilities in good condition as well as those in shower room. And the price is what I liked most of all as it is very competitive comparing to many other hotels in the city that provide much worse rooms for their guests.

这家酒店是我们公司的一位供应商为我选择的。总体印象还是不错的。这个房间是酒店所有房间中最便宜的，但还是比连锁酒店好。一切都很干净，所有必需的房间设施以及淋浴间的设施都状况良好。价格是我最喜欢的，因为与城里许多其他为客人提供更差房间的酒店相比，它非常有竞争力。

房间设计就不错，空间蛮大的，里面有池子，洗澡蛮好的，棋牌也都在房间里面。地理位置不算太好，比较偏一点，但是它的停车场非常大，住宿停车是免费的，周围购物不太好，那个地方比较小，打车二十分钟就能到火车站。服务软件一般，服务员要改善一点。餐饮不太符合口味，都是当地口味，周围也没有南方、北方或西式风味的餐厅。屋内有东西破了也没人修理。

感觉比较好价格还可以吧，三百左右一晚，价格比较低，房间也很大，住的环境非常好，外面环境一般没有什么，就是没有健身馆，游泳池啊，它有一个叫洪泽湖的地方，但是离市区比较远，开车要三个多小时，它是宿迁的郊区。停车挺方便的，停车场挺大的。如果是旅游不太适合，我领孩子出去转悠，旅游景点要走出好远，上另外的地方了，不算宿迁的旅游景点了。它在宿迁市算是很好的了。服务态度也不错。里面有餐厅，餐饮价格还可以，消费不是太高，味道也不错。早餐品种也挺多。

偏休闲点，风格比较活泼。一切灯光都是遥控控制的，比较温馨点，能控制颜色，设备比较独特点。房间空间不错，两个人住挺宽敞的。离区政府不远，周围没有商场和购物的地方步行几公里就能到高速路，就到外环路了，交通比较方便。服务还行，一进门前台会主动过来迎客。

This was the choice of hotel for a 10day work trip. I heard previously from my colleagues that the hotel is 'quite good' but on hindsight, perhaps that was because they were given a suite. ||||ROOMS - My room was 902, right next to the lift lobby but surprisingly noise level was okay. I had a twin room with 2 single beds and it was smallish but adequately equipped I must say. Cleanliness was okay although far from being excellent - beddings were at least clean and the bathroom was okay. But there were signs of ageing like loose powerpoints and creaky cupboards. TV was okay for spacing out but there was only 1 english channel - Nat Geo - but even that some programmes were dubbed in Mandarin. The shower design was flawed - it floods everytime someone uses the shower. ||||SERVICE - Service was prompt whenever I needed extra anything in the room but do take note that the air conditioning was set to go off at random times, different times in different rooms. I had to call the front desk to get them to 'reactivate' the central system as i find it ridiculous that ||I get a hotel room which has no conditioning at all at these random times - it gets really stuffy! ||||FACILITIES - There was an iffy-looking massage place on level 3 of the hotel which one of my colleagues tried - alright but expensive at RMB330 an hour for body massage. Breakfast was nothing to be excited about as it's all local stuff like stir fried veg, buns, dumplings, eggs, and soya milk - so for picky eater please bring your own biscuits and coffee! And do note that there is nothing to eat at the hotel after 8:30pm - they shut down everything! There is no gym at the hotel but a local gym has opened up across the street which at least gets you treadmills, weights, and yoga classes - do remember to negotiate for a 1-week pass or something (i paid about RMB225 for 7-day access). ||||LOCATION - Nowhere near anything but only convenient for work matters for us. But a 10min cab ride gets you to a big mall called Bao Long Mall which offers plenty options for food. ||||The hotel is supposed to be one of the best hotels in the city and I do acknowledge that - but it is still nowhere near international standards for a hotel which seemingly has a 4-star local rating. But its still a relatively okay option if you have to stay in the city. Good rates too - I think my room was RMB250-RMB300 per night. Good luck!

Location||A bit far from the city centre but close to Industrial zone. Perfect if you are on business.||||Room||The room I stayed had the biggest bathroom by any hotel I stayed so far - with shower and jacuzzi. In fact, the bathroom is just as big as the bedroom area. The wardrobe and writing table was somewhat small. Bed is hard but perfect for me. This is the only I stayed this year come with washing powder (along with other toiletries). I stayed on smoking floor but very little smell in my room. Internet connection was at high speed and free. ||||Breakfast||Don't expect anything western. The Chinese breakfast was quite ok.

房间还是不错的，不是每个房间的装潢都是一样的，有不同的装修风格，会议室的装潢还是可以的，大屏幕的显示，服务员也可以，当时开会嘛，他们把笔和纸全都准备好了，还给你倒杯水，感觉非常不错，周边购物不是太方便，没有什么大的超市，交通没有问题，比较方便，服务人员的态度还是可以的，停车场够用，就是空调的制冷效果不好。

四星级酒店，标间价位在四五百左右，就觉得有点贵啦。地理位置也不是忒好，附近正在开发，但不脏。服务员素质好，新房舒服，房间给人的感觉就好，房间硬件设施是新的。有人帮忙去停车，在睡觉时玻璃坏掉啦，用具是一次性的，齐全。早上有免费早餐，中西餐都有，满多的，随便吃。不会推介朋友去，自己会去。
