飯店位置優秀，離觀前街不遠，附近的景區也都在十分鐘行程之內，走三分鐘就有地鐵站，旁有市場，採買水果方便。飯店新修的，乾淨衛生，床軟硬適中，枕頭好睡，隔音佳，不會受干擾。為誤採乾溼分離，與床有一定的距離，使用後沒有濕氣。衛生間單獨隔開，有免洗馬桶，方便使用。有健身房，早餐菜色多元，取餐區分三大區塊，食材中西皆有，前台服務態度良好，可以提供出行的協助。

The hotel was quiet and clean. Also located in a very down town area.|Very good service from the front desk and from the bar.|As per an improvement, At breakfast, bread and croissants were not "daily made". This could be improved.|At front desk not everybody speaks english.|

As a Titanium Elite, I was not upgraded. Breakfast & late check out was provided. Hotel does not have a lounge nor they provided any form of happy hour drinks. The room size is really small. Bath amenities were good - the lavender range soap and shampoo is very nice. Breakfast quality was surprisingly good. Staffs are generally all very polite & friendly. Location is very good, walkable to the famous Bin jiang area. Metro is about 7-8 minutes walk.

The hotel is quite new, semi open toilet. New style bidget like those in Japan. Walkable distance to nearby night market. |Only negative point is drop off at the street which is right in the middle of road. You need to unload luggage asap or you will be blocking the bus

All excellent. The rooms are perhaps a little needlessly hi-tech with automatic toilets and curtains, but it was a great comfortable experience. Was even given a goodie bag! One thing, 人民路can get quite chaotic with honking, but the sound proofing was sufficient.

This's our first time visiting Suzhou. After reading all the good reviews from TripAdvisor, we a family of 4 were so glad to choose AC Hotel by Marriott as our hotel in Suzhou.||Room:|We are staying in AC Suite. The suite comes with a living area, it is clean with modern looking bathroom and the bed are very comfortable.||Location:|Very centrally located at Renmin Road. Most tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes, shops, minimart and the famous Guan Qian pedestrian street are within walking distance.||Service:|The front desk and restaurant staff and are very polite and friendly, always ready to help with all of our enquiries. We able to check in and out without any hassle.||The hotel breakfast are simple but nice. Overall it's a very good hotel and if I'm to visit Suzhou again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice to stay at.

I recently stayed and had a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was tastefully decorated, offering a cozy and inviting a**osphere. Cleanliness was a highlight; the housekeeping staff maintained impeccable standards throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a refreshing pool, added to the overall appeal.One aspect that stood out was the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining options. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

We had a wonderful stay at the AC, very good Marriot standard. As we had to travel to 4 hotels in a span of 10 days, AC was our 3rd hotel and was one of the best. Its in an old area, very low dense but recently renovated rooms with well thought out layout for travellers. Guanqian Street (shopping, good restaurants-similar to Nanjing Lu East) is about a 10 mins walk, the subway is also very near. We courier our heavy luggages back to Shanghai as we took a half hour bullet train back to Shanghai. The front desk, Ms Kathy Cao gave us excellent service upon checking in and arranged the courier for us and it went well without a hitch. They have a young and very good team there. Will not hesitate to stay here again if we are visiting Suzhou in the future.
