江西富庭苑国际酒店

房间比较舒适，比较干净，听说是新开不久的酒店。离市中心也比较近，我打车五分钟就到了。这边好像好多人，比花高价钱住得好。服务员挺好的，我的行李比较多，还有我想订机票马上就给送来了。宽带呀该有的都有，起码比我家上网快。有一个进口，人比较多，开车和停车不方便。

卫生各方面和硬件设施还蛮齐全的，该有的都有啦，舒适度还行，隔音还可以。这个位置交通蛮方便的，出门打车呀都很方便。不到位的就是服务，比如你打电话缺什么东西让她送，要等好长时间，有时候找不到服务员，应该是每个楼层都有服务员，可能他们管理有问题，服务员都一两小时都不来。

酒店是我们开会入住的，整体还算不错吧。酒店外观很明显，不难找。离八一广场有几站路的距离，坐公交去也挺方便的。酒店的中餐厅不错，菜品的味道很好。

是新开的，蛮干净的，规模比较大，房间空间也比较好，比普通酒店空间好多了，里面的设施都差不多，有提供电脑，是免费的，网速还行，反正不卡，没发现什么不足，酒店挨着马路，交通还可以，价位还可以接受，服务质量还行，都会用礼貌用语，感觉还行。

酒店的服务态度很好，尊重客人，服务周到，有问什么都回答，酒店的餐厅挺不错，东西很好吃的，我是南方人比较喜欢吃辣的，口味不错的，餐厅的服务态度，卫生都不错的价格很便宜的不贵的，酒店的房间设计的很有风格的，采用欧式的风格的，房间设施也很齐全的，有电视，电脑，房柜式的冰柜，吹风机都有的，酒店有的都有的，酒店交通很方便的，位于主干道上的，旁边就有一家大超市的，总的来说很不错的

这酒店打破了南昌青云谱区周边的同类酒店的概念，很舒适。交通方便，地理条件优越，且周边各类配套很齐全。确实很不错。

这里是新开的,就是不是在主干道上,不容易发现,是在一个巷子里。里面的设施很新但是不算特别好,不过里面提供了电脑,网速还可以,我住的套间,外面有沙发,我觉得洗手间做的比较简单,看上去不够高级,没有吹风机。

PROS||- Price value: less than 400 RMB for the room and the breakfast.||- Complementary and frees: Free water bottles||- Shower water temperature: constant, that is a good thing.||- Amenities in the toilet: the basic only but enough. There was a lot of paid amenities, such as condoms, lubricants, sex pills and underwear.||- Restaurant: is acceptable, offering chinese local food.||||CONS||- Breakfast: too much chinese, there´s no much westen food available.||- Internet available: no Wi-Fi, only cable. This is not acceptable on our days, with so much smartphones and tablets.||- Tv channels available: only chinese channels, even the remote control is all in chinese.||- Bedroom soundproofing: Terrible, I could heard the cars, trains and people from the11th floor loud and clearly. All night long...||- Location: The hotel is located near to a large and busy avenue and a train line. This wasn´t important if the soundproofing in the rooms was efficient.||- Air conditioner in the bedroom: Too noisy and not very efficient. although with the best isolation on the windows I can understand how hard is to be efficent.||- Towels in the bathroom: small and soiled.||- Decoration and room size: old and tight||- General cleanness: The worse side of my experience in this hotel. Beside the soiled towels I already reported, the bad smell can be felt everywhere. I remeber the moment I went inside the hotel at the reception I immediatly felt the bad smell, I can´t indentify which kind of smell, I just can say it´s bad. Also the smell can be felt everywhere, including the rooms.||||DO I WILL RETURN?||I hope not!

优点：- 性价比高：房间加早餐不到400元人民币。- 免费赠品：免费瓶装水。- 淋浴水温恒定，这点很好。- 卫生间用品：虽然比较基础，但足够用。有很多收费用品，例如避孕套、润滑剂、性药和内衣。- 餐厅：还可以，提供当地中餐。缺点：- 早餐：中餐太多，西餐选择很少。- 网络：没有Wi-Fi，只有有线网络。在这个智能手机和平板电脑普及的时代，这令人难以接受。- 电视频道：只有中文频道，甚至遥控器也是中文的。- 卧室隔音效果差：非常糟糕，我在11楼都能清晰地听到汽车、火车和人声。整晚都是如此……- 位置：酒店靠近一条繁忙的大街和一条铁路线。如果房间隔音效果好，这些都不重要。||- 卧室空调：噪音太大，而且制冷效果不佳。虽然窗户隔音效果很好，但我能理解要做到高效制冷有多难。||- 浴室毛巾：又小又脏。||- 装修和房间大小：老旧且狭小。||- 整体清洁度：这是我入住这家酒店最糟糕的体验。除了我之前提到的毛巾脏的问题，到处都弥漫着难闻的气味。我记得一进酒店前台就闻到了这股难闻的气味，我说不上来是什么味道，反正就是难闻。而且这股气味到处都是，包括房间里。||||我会再来吗？||希望不会！
