This is a very decent place for families to enjoy the water park. The water park is not complimentary. In fact, most attractions are not complimentary in the hotel. If you stay with a family, bring snacks as there are no convenience stores or restaurants for 10 kilometers. Actually, there is a convenience store inside the hotel, but good luck trying to use the place if you don’t speak English and if want to pay triple the price for snacks. My kids enjoyed the water park immensely. We enjoyed the fact my kids enjoyed themselves but the front office staff, besides Lucy Yang, were not overly friendly and spoke very little English. The lifeguards and cleaning staff were awesome. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, the buffet breakfast did suffice, and the shower water pressure was great. The Wi-Fi was horrible. I’d stay again with my family, but if I was just with my wife or solo, I wouldn’t bother.

We arrived Beijing airport and transferred to this hotel in HuBei province on the day of CrowdStrike. Hotel could not provide room cards due to Microsoft outage. On every floor, they stationed a bellboy with a master key to open the rooms for guests. Location wise, if you are not planning to enter Beijing City but still visit Great Wall at the Badaling section, this can be a good hotel to rest for the night. Rooms are clean with full amenities. Good breakfast spread too. On our return journey, again we spent a night here. This time it was smooth as silk.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in June, came from US, our whole family enjoyed this stay SO MUCH! This hotel is close to the Badaling Great Wall entrance. It offers a very reasonable price to a round-trip ride with a van for our whole family to go visit Great Wall. The staff there especially the lead staff are the most friendly hotel staff we've ever met. The hotel is extremely clean and spacious, with a HUGE outdoor playground and a fantastic indoor playground for kids. They even have an indoor pool and slide for kids during weekends. The on-site morning buffet and resteraunt are very good with again super reasonable price comparing to things in Beijing. Did I mention that they even had a kid-size bath robe for my 6-year old prepared! The best stay we had in China trip this summer, it is our family's favorite among all the 5 star hotels we've stayed. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

走的匆忙，居然忘记拍照了，酒店很出乎意料的好。玩的项目也很丰富，水上乐园很好玩；自助餐非常好，菜品新鲜丰富，口味也很赞；房间面积比较大，整洁舒适；酒店那个停车场比较方便，还免费的。总之，一次非常满意的度假体验。

Some of the staff were rude and in general the service standards are very low. I could not believe this is really a Crowne Plaza hotel. The smell is bad everywhere in the hotel, as if they never air it through, especially in the corridors. If you have a small problem they cannot quickly solve it to you and some of the stuff or rude or addressing as if you are a small child, especially at the reception and in the health club. In the garden you can see animals who are kept there in very bad conditions in too small cages. On the website it is written that there is a sauna but of course they do not want to put it on to save electricity or for whatever reason, so it is misleading advertisements, just to get the stars for the hotel, but in practice they do not have a sauna. You cannot order a single glass of wine and there is not any foreign brand of beers or wine available. If at the breakfast you politely ask to put something in a box, it is not possible, even if you offer to pay for it. In short, you are bossed around everywhere is if you are a small child, no service standards, a shame for crowne plaza.

酒店特别适合周末一家三口过来放松一下，有游泳池还有水乐园，员工的服务都特别棒。孩子说下次还来这，虽然有点偏，但是所有的需求都可以在酒店里满足。

很适合亲子，有泳池，水温合适，水上乐园项目很多，还有儿童淘气堡，都很适合亲子，孩子们玩的很开心，这里也提供餐饮，就是餐饮有点贵，其他都很满意，酒店也很舒适

一家人入住此酒店，酒店很漂亮，大堂宽敞明亮，前台小姐姐热情周到～客房很干净，很安静。|孩子在水乐园玩的很开心，还有泡泡秀！|总之，下次还来！
