四海国际酒店

挺好的，房间内有洗浴间，可以洗澡，洗浴间的空间还行，有浴池，洗浴间的卫生也说的过去。还有空调和电视机，房间内的装修还可以，看着舒服，房间内的椅子看着古朴。酒店离避暑山庄很近，步行三分钟左右就到了，位置比较不错，因为是在黄金周的中期，再加上承德的旅游时间短，所以价格有点贵，价格不算低。酒店的卫生做的也是非常的好，服务也说的过去。大堂相对讲有点小，没那么大，大堂有沙发和椅子可以休息，酒店的早餐不好，口味不是非常的好，不是自助的，种类也比较单一，早餐有大米粥、油条和大米粥，主食是馒头和花卷。酒店有停车场，停车费包含在房费里。

We (two couples) stayed here for 3 nights during October National festival. This was our 3rd choice of hotel, the first two couldn't accommodate us. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It is very central and you can walk (5mins) to the entrance to the Imperial Summer Villa. We had a double and a suite on the 23rd floor, and had specifically requested NON-SMOKING rooms. This concept does not seem to have reached Chengde yet! however the rooms did not smell of smoke. The carpets were newish as was upholstery etc. Beds were typical for China ie hard matresses - having lived in China for some years we expected this - bed linen clean. Flat screen cable TV, only Chinese channels. Ask at the front desk to get cable to connect your laptop etc to the internet - no wifi. Bathroom clean but shabby and towels clean but very old and worn. Complimentary soap/shampoos etc. Stand-up shower in bathtub. Towels were changed every day and waste-bins emptied but no-body made up the beds nor was the floor ever vaccuumed during our 3 days. From experience in China we took our own 'bar' with wine etc. (Fridge in room but no mini-bar). The Chinese breakfast buffet costs 25RMB and is not worth it. We bought stuff at the large supermarket which is almost opposite the hotel. Lots of local restaurants and we ate at different ones every day and had very good food. There is a great deal to see in and around Chengde however no information available or offered by the hotel. Fortunately one of us speaks fluent Mandarin so we discovered that there is an evening show (outdoors) 3 or 4 times a week called the KongXi Story. It lasts 2 hours and is something of an extravaganza. Cheapest tickets 190RMB. Tickets into the Imperial Villa Gardens are 120RMB per person and are valid for 3 days (something that is not made clear to visitors).||Chengde is well worth visiting and SiHai Hotel is ok for a couple of nights but it is very tired,and seems badly managed. Calls itself 4star but is really just a 2.5star at most. ||||Oh one last thing the Beijing to Chengde train arrives at 12.45pm each day, but the hotel made a big fuss with us because they expect people to check in between 10am and 12 noon, and we arrived at 1pm - just petty bureaucracy!

我们（两对夫妇）十月国庆期间在这里住了 3 个晚上。这是我们第三选择的酒店，前两家无法容纳我们。 位置是这家酒店最好的地方。它位于非常中心的位置，您可以步行（5分钟）到达皇家避暑别墅的入口。我们在 23 楼有一间双人房和一间套房，并特别要求了禁烟房。这个观念好像还没有传到承德！然而房间没有烟味。地毯和室内装潢等都是新的。床是中国典型的，即硬床垫——在中国生活了几年，我们期望这样——床单干净。平面有线电视，只有中文频道。 请向前台索取用于将笔记本电脑等连接到互联网的电缆 - 没有无线网络。 浴室干净但破旧，毛巾干净但很旧而且破旧。 免费肥皂/洗发水等。浴缸内设有站立式淋浴。 毛巾每天更换，垃圾桶也被清空，但在我们入住的三天里，没有人整理床铺，地板也没有用吸尘器打扫过。根据在中国的经验，我们带了自己的“酒吧”，里面有葡萄酒等（房间里有冰箱，但没有迷你吧）。中式自助早餐要25元，不值。我们在酒店对面的大型超市买了东西。 当地有很多餐馆，我们每天都在不同的餐馆吃饭，食物非常美味。 承德及其周边地区有很多值得参观的地方，但酒店没有提供或提供任何信息。幸运的是，我们中的一个人能说一口流利的普通话，所以我们发现每周有三四场晚间演出（户外），叫做《孔熙故事》。它持续两个小时，堪称一场盛宴。最便宜的门票190元。 皇家园林的门票120元/人，有效期3天（这个游客没说清楚）。||承德很值得去，四海宾馆住几晚还可以，但是很累，并且似乎管理不善。自称为 4 星，但实际上最多只是 2.5 星。 ||||哦最后一件事，北京到承德的火车每天中午 12.45 到达，但是酒店对我们大惊小怪，因为他们希望人们在上午 10 点到中午 12 点之间办理入住，而我们是下午 1 点到达的 - 有点小官僚！

The hotel location is only a 5 minute walk for the entrance to the Summer Palace grounds and a 10-20 minute taxi ride to the temples outside the city. The train station is a 10 minute taxi ride away.||The location is in the center of town, on a street with a great deal of traffic. It could get to be noisy in some rooms. Fortunately we were on the 24th floor so it wasn't really an issue. ||The staff was very helpful. Some, not all, had some English. However there was usually one on duty that spoke enough English so that we got by.||Our room was very large, clean, comfortable and filled with complimentary supplies. They have tub showers vs standup showers.||Breakfast was very extensive, and all Chinese. But very good.||The pleasent surprise part was the evening entertainment (local dancers and music) on the sidewalk out front in the evening.||||It was good value and I would highly recommend useing this hotel.

酒店距离颐和园入口仅 5 分钟步行路程，乘坐出租车 10 至 20 分钟即可到达城外的寺庙。 乘坐出租车 10 分钟即可到达火车站。||位置位于市中心，位于交通繁忙的街道上。 有些房间可能会很吵。 幸运的是我们住在 24 楼，所以这并不是什么问题。 ||工作人员非常乐于助人。 有些人（不是全部）会一点英语。 不过，通常会有一个值班人员会说足够的英语，这样我们就可以顺利度过。||我们的房间非常大、干净、舒适，并配有免费用品。 他们有浴缸淋浴和立式淋浴。||早餐非常丰富，而且都是中式的。 但非常好。|||令人惊喜的部分是晚上前面人行道上的晚间娱乐活动（当地的舞蹈和音乐）。||||物有所值，我强烈推荐使用这家酒店。

设施倒是挺全的，不过有一点，上网他没有无线，必须得插网线上网，我用惯无线了，但是他只有有线的，网速还可以，算是快吧。地理位置挺好的，我住的比较高也比较安静，住在十几层吧。周围就是一些餐饮啊，做旅游的。离避暑山庄挺近，走着可能也就半个小时吧，开车几分钟就到了。房间内部挺干净的，然后设施也比较全，电视上网电话，乱七八糟什么都有。有早餐，但是没有用。交通挺方便的，白天堵车挺严重的。服务还不错吧，因为我去的时候是旅游旺季可能都忙不过来，可能是人少吧。

在南营子算承德热闹的地方了，但是自驾车去的停车要收费30一晚，房间设施很旧了上世纪的风格，屋里有一股明显是霉的气味。地毯铺设了都脏的没法还不如不弄了，卫生间就一花洒还是在浴缸的上方，床也很硬，完全不推荐。

最近经承德去坝上，因为来到承德比较晚，就在离避暑山庄不远的四海国际酒店要了一间标准间。进去以后房间里弥漫着霉酸气。卫生间非常老旧，门的下部已经霉烂。淋浴是在很旧的浴缸上面。一边冲浴，水就同时从浴缸下面流出来到地面上。床被也不干净，我们竟看到别人留在上面的毛发！据说这是家四星或准四星的，反正价格降到最后还是五百多。服务？谈不上任何服务。房间里提供的小茶包上面标价10元！（我住过的其他酒店都是免费提供茶包。）几个电插座也不工作，充电都成问题。电梯里的照片有一张游泳池的，可以想象一下你敢去游泳吗。你敢住吗？|整体来说，承德的酒店很敢要价，大家去的时候一定要开房检查，自己去砍价。导游和中介靠不住。后来我们发现在少外围一些的地方有不少快捷酒店，因为新，比较干净，价格也更加合理。承德不大，所以从方便的角度来看，各个位置差不多。

应该是去年开业的，感觉住的人少，地势不错，在市中心，购物非常方便，就像北京的王府井一样很繁华。房间格局不错，设施很齐全，有宽带上网，很干净，服务员给送开水、拿东西的时候态度很好。离避暑山庄也就5分钟，附近吃饭的地方很多。

酒店周边环境不错，在市中心，酒店旁的道路上每天早上七点以前都有早市，可以买到当地的时令鲜果，我就在早市上买了五斤杏子，一元一斤，便宜吧！但房间装饰有点旧了，烟头烫过的痕迹较多，卫生间的淋浴不舒服，开小了水温不容易控制，开大了水流很细，淋在身上比较疼。
