福满家大酒店

出差承德入住该酒店，酒店在河东岸，河对面就是避暑山庄，离外八庙也不远，位置还可以。房间设施还凑合，早餐不好不坏，二楼餐厅中午饭人也很多，房间wifi的信号很强，这点不错。也许正值旅游旺季，酒店的房价有点虚高。

出差来住的。该酒店很舒适，转换大床房的床真的超级大，很软。房间设置配置特别齐全。距离避暑山庄等景点很近。环境很幽静。有餐厅和超市，购物吃饭都很方便。

I stayed two nights near the end of July 2016. ||Some good points: Location is near a supermarket/department store. You can walk along the river at the rear of the hotel. The front staff are not English speaking, but there is a manager who can speak English. She handled my check-in/check-out and assisted me with a couple other matters. Very professional. The room was attractive and the bedding quite comfortable. The internet worked reasonably well. The room was clean and overall the hotel felt safe. I had an inexpensive meal at the 'fast-food' restaurant which was adequate for the price. ||Some not so good points: the hotel is about 2 km from the main city centre, and the entrance to the Summer Palace. I walked the distance twice, on a safe and scenic wide sidewalk, but many people would find it too far. There were no exercise facilities in the hotel, nor were there any English TV channels. Breakfast was primarily Chinese, but I guess that they have few western guests. Seemed busy with domestic tourists.||Overall, I feel that the hotel is okay, but was too expensive given the overall quality and amenities of the hotel.

We stayed here one night as part of our tour package to Chengde city. It was late night and freezing sub-zero when we arrived. It seemed to be a fairly new hotel and the room was well maintained and all basic condiments provided. Bed was comfy and sufficiently firm for a good night's rest. ||||The breakfast area is located some distance away from the main building and there were insufficient signage to direct a non-Mandarin speaking foreigner to the breakfast area. The hotel seems popular with tourist groups and there doesn't seem to be sufficient tables to cater for a large crowd. Food quality is so-so but with a good variety of northern Chinese fare and juices.

One of the best hotel in Chengde, the room is small ( for china standard) but cosy and the bedding is comfortable. rooms are clean as well as bathrooms. Breakfast is good on par with those 4* international standard. The hotel is next to Fumanjia supermarket. Overall it is really convenient for us as tourist to buy things that required by us.

承德最好的酒店之一，房间虽小（按中国标准），但很温馨，床上用品也很舒服。房间和浴室都很干净。早餐很好，符合国际四星级标准。酒店毗邻福满家超市。总的来说，对于我们游客来说，购买自己需要的东西真的很方便。

We stayed at this hotel as part of our tour package. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant was poor. The food had a hint of vinegar in almost every dish. One of the vegetable dishes was not washed or rinsed properly and was sandy. The pork dishes had very fatty pieces of meat. The steamed bread was not allowed to rise enough and was thick and relatively heavy.||There is a very large grocery/department store next door. You could have a better dinner from heir food section. It is stocked with all your basics needs and some.||The rooms were all a little smokey even they were supposed to be smoke free rooms. The linens were clean but there was water damage in most rooms from poor construction of the shower stalls.

The breakfast was terrible... very few dishes and cold...infact very little meat...mostly veggies and they made us walk outside and cross into a sandy courtyard in winter cold to get to the breakfast area. ||The only convenience is location is next to a department grocery store. Very smokey atmosphere... people smoking all the time at the lobby.||bathroom has no shower curtain so it's wet all over the floor... rather dingy. I am glad we stayed only one night!

Located next to a supermarket, this is good because the food in the hotel is shocking. ||I found hairs on the bed sheets and bath robes so what other associated transmittables are there?||On day one you get two small bottles of water but they are not replaced.||Do not use the laundry! They ruined my shirt and my colleagues suit.||The broken fridge in my room took 3 days to be changed, and it seemed like they blamed me for wanting a cold drink in summer time?||Prices are another issue... How can they get away with it?||I wanted a print out copy of the foreigner registration document, they refused to give to me?? ||Still want to go?||
